BBau Nguyen 89Extremely friendly staff and they definitely out preformed and went the extra miles to welcome their guests!
The electric scooter rental is great and the price is also good.
Location is beautiful, stunning, magnificent and breathtaking! You cannot go wrong with the view in this location and what this hotel has to offer you. There are also many attractions and view points in the location.
Breakfast had a nice touch to it and you get a few options,mainly western but also their local noodle dish which you can have for breakfast a great way to experience a different culture.
If you need to do laundry then they have the facilities for you to do so.
Over all I would come back for sure.

KKimmWe had a wonderful stay at The Tong Resort in Yangshuo with our family. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the heated swimming pool was such a treat — especially after a day of exploring. The kids’ room is fantastic, with fun activities for both younger and older children.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to one of the evening waitresses who truly went above and beyond — she deserves a 10 out of 10 for her effort and kindness.
Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of Western and local options. Although the team doesn’t speak much English, communication through WeChat worked really well.
We highly recommend this hotel. While you’re in Yangshuo, don’t miss out on a scenic bike tour with Asian Bikes and a cooking class at Cloud 9 Cooking School — both were absolute highlights and run by the loveliest people.
The pool area is cozy and relaxing! This is truly a top hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

ผผู้เข้าพักOverall, the front desk staff service was excellent. Most of those we spoke to were helpful and professional. However, there was this one person whom I would like to highlight in the hopes that he can be better trained. One of the front staff, a young man with curly hair, kept singing when he pushed our luggages and he also sang a bit while at the counter. This is actually very unprofessional because the front desk staff represents the hotel to a certain extent. He was also quite unhelpful when we asked him questions as he would give a one liner statement and go back to doing whatever he was doing. The other staff at the counter had to step in to answer to our questions.
In terms of cleanliness and view, it was quite good. The view in particular from our windows was amazing and had a very peaceful vibe; you can see the surrounding mountains and the ambience of the room added on to the quality.

RRose12306I liked this hotel, it’s a few minutes away by foot from west street so it’s not too loud at night. Also since it’s right next to the park, you can easily go for a walk in the morning before breakfast. Breakfast is a set meal every day, it’s pretty good but everyones taste varies. There’s a nice view to the mountain from the room but honestly due to the structure of Yangshuo, almost every room in the city has a Mountain View. Next time I would prefer booking a hotel along Yulong River though as it’s a much prettier place to stay than Yangshuo. Climb the close by TV tower mountain for free if you can!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel advertises as having an all-year-round open pool and it's not true. During our stay at the end of April with maximum temperatures above 30°C there was no pool to cool off, and the staff told us it was because it was still too early in the year. This was very disappointing as having a pool was the main reason for our choice of hotel, so I'd say this hotel didn't meet our expectations and they should state this clearly on Trip to avoid future confusion of guests. Other things to improve are the storage space in the rooms (there's barely any room to place suitcases etc) and the soundproofing (we were woken up several days by loud guests at 7am or earlier). On the positive side, the beds were comfortable (average hardness of mattress for westerners standards) and the shower was the best we've had in our whole trip through China: very modern, with good water pressure and no fluctuating temperature. The room thermostat worked really well and the hotel has some nice amenities for guests to use such as tea, massage chairs (a bit worn out but still working) and a vintage game console. The staff helped us with luggage, gave us information and even a small present at the end of our stay, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is in a quieter part of town, ideal for sleeping but still close enough to streets with lots of restaurants, cafes etc (try Heytea in west street if you can!).
Overall it's been good value for money, although the hotel could do some clean up/refurbishment work and the pool availability should be advertised accurately.

TTanya McGeerWe absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly and could speak English, and the food at the hotel was amazing. This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

JJKobeyLocation was excellent. Easy 10-15min walk to the West Street area and short 10min drive to Ten Mile Gallery. It's a few blocks from the main road so much quieter. The room and facilities were very clean. The view from the sky deck was beautiful. Electric scooters can be rented downstairs. Breakfast was ok.

ผผู้เข้าพัก100% will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Yangshuo. The hotel is newly built and immaculate. We got upgraded a bigger room and the view of the mountain was tranquillizing. The service desk was very helpful and helped us book tickets as well as gave us recommendations. Highly accommodating and caring. Service level is 100!
Not to mention, the bed was sooo comfortable my dad slept all through the night. Pillows were also very comfortable with memory foam option as well.
Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and were decent quality. Both Chinese and western options were available.
There’s also a small back mountain and small cave to explore behind the hotel.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit yangshuo.
