We arrived after a 1 6 hour trip to find the reception without AC , in the middle of a heat wave... the poor receptionist was sweating o much it was dripping down his face. Unfortunately, due to the late hour the bar and restaurant were closed.But check in was quick and up we went to the room to find out the the WINDOW WAS OPEN AND NO AC WAS TURNED ON! I don't know but I believe it's a fire violation to have open windows in a commercial building but in Brazil... who knows. Anyway, after turning the AC on, it became bearable to sleep. The room lacks extra wall outlets and USB charges, in a time when everybody needs to charges their electronic devices. Beds were semi comfortable, we could have used extra pillows. Breakfast was good. Transportation to and from airport was done by cab but paid by the hotels, a 5 min ride, very convenient. The hotel is convenient because of the proximity to the airport

Os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante são muito simpáticos, o quarto é aconchegante, eu adorei a decoração e a comida do buffet de jantar estava ótima, tinha te variedade de sobremesas. A cia área teve que me hospedar aqui porque meu voo foi cancelado e acabei tendo uma ótima experiência.
Recepcionista mal preparado. Infelizmente muitos bons profissionais como também o estabelecimento pagam CARO pela má atitude de outros profisionais. Estava sendo atendido, ao checkin, sexta-feira a noite, e fui interrompido por uma multidão de pessoas que chegaram depois de mim (alcoolizadas), recepciosta parou subtamente o meu atendimento para dar a prioridade a eles, isso pela enorme pressão emocional que o fizeram. Reclamei, pontualmente a má pratica, mas infelizmente não houve aceitação adequada como também houve a resposta bastante rude nesse atendimento - lamentei a infelicidade da péssima experiência, e pela noite que gostaria que fosse tranquila. Lembrei que não seria o papel do cliente querer orientar boas práticas a recepcionista com baixa experiencia. Portanto não gostaria de ter a má sorte de voltar lá e experienciar algo semelhante. Obrigado.
