When we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change.
Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff.
This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking.
When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!?
I am extremely angry!
I booked the room last minute due to being stuck in traffic and checked in around 10 PM. I had requested a room away from the lift; however, despite this, there was still quite a bit of noise from outside and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest.
The amenities provided were good overall. However, having to request coffee and tea from the counter was not very convenient for guests. I believe this is something that could be reconsidered to improve the overall experience.
I had a pleasant stay at Am Transit Inn Kuala Terengganu. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a helpful shuttle service. The swimming pool is nice, and the keropok lekor served here is delicious. A comfortable and convenient place to stay before or after a flight.
AAtika SThe location and sea view were really beautiful. However, the overall stay did not meet our expectations for a resort at this price range.
The room floor felt quite oily upon arrival. We requested housekeeping in the morning, but they only came in the evening. We also had to specifically request vacuuming before it was done. When we asked for shower gel, they gave us another bottle of shampoo instead, even though shampoo was already provided. The same issue happened in our friends’ rooms too — no shower gel was provided at all. Luckily, we brought our own.
One of our friends also experienced almost a 1-hour delay during check-in. Since there was already a delay from the hotel’s side, we requested a late check-out, but our request was ignored.
Overall, the resort has a very nice location and amazing sea view, and the buggy service was good. However, the service and room maintenance need improvement to match the 4-star standard and pricing.

Llove holidayWe initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference.
Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

ผผู้เข้าพักI had a free upgrade from double bed to family room. So it was spacious for me. The reason of choosing this hotel was due to its distance, near the Jambatan Angkat. I had a short run from the hotel to the Jambatan Angkat return. The hotel was near to Masjid Negeri hence I didnt feel alone hearing the azan near me. Many restaurant nearby so you dont have to worry about breakfast. I will return if I were to register running event in Kuala Terengganu. It was near the Terminal bus station too. Just walking distance.
