"Pros:
Clean hotel.
Average size room.
Nice and big swimming pool. Depp as well.
Good staff service.
Has bathtub
Cons:
Too long queue in checkin. Took some time to check in.
Layout of toilet and sink is inconvenient. Like one needs to touch everything (like handles), pass through the walkway before the guest can reach the sink."
"This hotel features a unique style with its sandy yellow architecture reminiscent of old Dubai, making it a very comfortable stay. The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel."
"Arrived early morning and the staff suggested to take a shower at the gym / swimming pool and I can have a rest either on the sun deck or at the relaxation room.
The best nap I had ever ."
"Not my first time at the hotel. I love going there and its an easy drive from Al Ain. I always enjoy the pool area. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The room kettle has rust inside, thus having a hot beverage in the room was not an option. But my biggest irritation is that they decided not to have coffee sachets in the room. So now I must call room service for coffee.
1. Room service dont answer
2. Called reception for coffee
3. Coffee arrived cold
4. This would be the cherry on the cake. I had to pay 22aed for the coffee.
So next time I must travel with half my kitchen for a coffee in my room. Its is totally not feasible for a couple to have to spend that much for a room coffee and its not common sense....an arab country and no coffee in the room."
"1) House keeping throw things that is not dirt for example plastic tools..
2) never change towels even if u put it a side on floor and was wet.
3) Drinking water is not enough in room.
4) always late services at the afternoons due to check in and check out timing… however, it is not our problem.
5) restaurants in hotel are good
6) big room big hotel very good gym."
