El personal es muy agradable y servicial. Teníamos una de las habitaciones con jacuzzi exterior y aunque la limpieza de las habitaciones era en general muy buena, hay detalles que hacen que no se vea excelente como son: la repisa/tocador a la salida del baño se ve con manchas que creo que no se quitan, pero le dan un aspecto descuidado, al igual que las paredes del jacuzzi donde no llega el agua, que se ven sucias. Imagino que no se limpia fácilmente si no se vacía, pero da mala impresión. Al espejo del baño le hace falta renovarlo ya que está estropeado por los bordes y además recibe poca lu . El desayuno correcto y en cuanto a la ubicación, no está en el centro pero se llega en menos de 10 minutos callejeando por curiosas calles tipo laberinto.

Our stay couldn’t have been better ! I just have to thank Gianna Suites for making my first trip to Santorini and my 30th birthday celebration an unforgettable experience . Me and my sister had a wonderful time ! The attentive and courteous staff catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible ! Always with a big smile and good energy , super friendly !! And the place looks even better than it does in the pictures. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Gianna Suites has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to Santorini . A big thank you to Evelyne and Ioanna .

A great place to stay while in Santorini. From the moment we walked in the door we were taken care of. A spacey room, great bed. The staff are excellent from Evelyn to breakfast and new towels every day including complimentary beach towels. Would highly recommend.

The pictures make it look better. Don’t get me wrong, it was a nice place but the rooms are small (the one we had anyway). No area for suitcases, felt cramped, thankfully we weren’t in our rooms much. The pool was disappointing after seeing the online pictures. Overall it was clean, the breakfast was probably the best, excellent choices and all very nice. The staff were also extremely friendly, arranged a car for our group and a cruise on a catamaran. Location was reasonably ok, small walk to places, slight walk up hill to go anywhere.

We were so lucky to have the room for the family of three - the little extra loft is great. Everything is pretty good, a little walk from fira made it quieter. Staff was friendly. Breakfast selection was good, we all enjoyed it. The only to-be-considered is that the water in bathroom is VERY hard. They did not soften it. It is expected, just not the most friendly to hairs.

This hotel took my money , promised me refund and never followed through. Don’t wast your money here Terrible customer service They ignored me on several platforms for over a year , and when I emailed under a new name inquiring about a stay they answered immediately

We stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect. Room is very comfortable, good breakfast consists of fresh vegetables, bread, cheese, sausage, eggs and so on. Good coffee machine with few types of coffee and croissant. All this helps to start the day at best way.

We had to cancel our booking in the beginning of September because all ferries to Santorini were cancelled due to weather conditions. Asked hotel to consider some alternatives due to this situation. No positive consideration, non-customer oriented attitude. Worse experience ever.

The hotel has the worst customer service and is very inflexible. The trip had to be cancelled due to weather conditions. all the ferries to Santorini were cancelled and we requested to waive cancellation fee due to unforeseen circumstances. The client service handled the issue horribly and took 100% for cancellation without offering proper alternatives. The hotel cannot handle properly situations even before the customers come.
