No puedo poner más estrellas porque no sería justo para otros establecimientos donde he estado mejores por un precio similar. No es un sitio malo y el precio me parece adecuado ( no caro ni barato). Cosas buenas: Muy importante, dormimos bien. Baño bastante limpio. El patio interior es mono. Aceptan perros. Céntrico Cosas malas: - decoración muy antigua. - el ascensor da miedo. - No me gustó nada lo la recepción virtual. Antes de llamar me llamaron dos veces en el día una por una duplicidad en la reserva y otra para preguntarme la hora. En las dos conversaciones se me mencionó lo de los 10 euros del perro y ok. El mismo día, a las 19 horas me llega un mensaje que me cuentan lo de la recepción 24 horas. Cuando llegamos al hotel querían que pagara en ese mismo momento los 10 euros dejándolos en un buzón. No llevaba cambio de efectivo y podían haberme avisado en las dos llamadas de lo del efectivo y de lo de la recepción virtual. Cuando le dije a la chica que no tenía efectivo de 10 se quedo un poco bloqueada. Tuve que ir a tomar una Coca-Cola para cambiar. Esperaba que hubiera alguien, no que me dijeran que dejara el dinero en el buzón. Al final me esperé a por la mañana porque prefería dárselo a alguien en persona. Entiendo esto el año pasado en pleno covid pero estamos en pleno agosto y con un montón de turismo nacional. Pero ahora no entiendo que se basen en el covid para lo de la recepción virtual. A pesar de todo repetiría, no hemos podido ver Écija y parece muy bonito.
