We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.

La nostra sistemazione era perfetta pe due adulti e 2 bimbi. Era composta da entrata con piccola cucina completa, sala da pranzo con tv plasma, camera da letto comoda, divano letto e bagno doccia. Le manque de sécurité est plus que palpable j’en suis venu à chercher autre part pour la nuit. Entre le papier qui sert de murs entre vous et les autres chambres et entre vous et l’extérieur, l’isolation sonore est qui plus est inexistante oui extérieur parce que la chambre donne sur dehors et grâce à la meilleure des isolations vous pourrez bénéficier de réveils gratuits au grès des allers venus devant votre petit chez vous d’une nuit.Oui en une seule nuit je suis dégoûté. Et puis le ponpon je pense c’est de louer une chambre 3 couchages et de se retrouver avec un lit sans draps housse, sommes nous sensés dormir à même le matelas qui lui aussi est taché ? Si malgré tout vous vous motivez pour dormir préparez vous à vous lever avec des courbatures et mal de partout. Parce que oui malgré tout ceci nous sommes restés, si vous avez un souvenir vague de tapis de yoga vous serez dans le même état qui si vous aviez dormis sur l’un d’eux. Sans parler du fait que l’hôtel se trouvent au fin fond d’une zone très peu ragoûtante surtout de nuit où des hommes traînent dans les parages. As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.
