Hotel was good overall, with very helpful staff. We had to ask for some things that were not there, like hotel slippers for the kids, milk and the spa was not open. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options of western food, although there was a lot of food. Only eggs, chicken sausages and some bread. When we came to breakfast the western food was finished and we had to ask them to replace. Area is a bit crowded near the coffee and tea area - maybe they should take away some tables for free movement. But - Staff are super kind and friendly and very helpful and they quickly attended to us. A nice time.

เจิ้งฉือฉีฟางเป็นกลุ่มอาคารโบราณที่เป็นตัวแทนของพ่อค้าชาวหนิงโปในสมัยราชวงศ์หมิงและชิง ซึ่งเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยของตระกูลเจิ้งฉือฉีฟาง มีประวัติยาวนานกว่า 600 ปี กลุ่มอาคารแห่งนี้ยังคงรักษารูปแบบของเมืองน้ำทางใต้ของแม่น้ำแยงซีไว้ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ และได้รับการขนานนามว่าเป็น “พิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านพักโบราณทางใต้ของแม่น้ำแยงซี” ในครั้งนี้ได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมไคหยวนที่ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณจุดชมวิว โดยได้เข้าพักในห้องพักที่ดัดแปลงจากบ้านโบราณ การบริการดีมาก ตอนเช็คอินก็จะแนะนำสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมของโรงแรม พอดีเจอช่วงเทศกาลตงจื้อพอดี บรรยากาศคึกคักมาก และพ่อบ้านเซียนเซียนก็เอาใจใส่ดีมาก คอยเตือนเรื่องเวลาอาหารเช้าเพื่อไม่ให้พลาด มีข้อเสนอแนะเล็กน้อยคือ ฮาร์ดแวร์ในห้องพักยังต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเพิ่มเติม เช่น เครื่องเป่าผม และฝักบัวในห้องอาบน้ำ นอกจากนี้ หากต้องการความเงียบสงบในการนอนหลับสูง ไม่แนะนำให้พักห้องพักแบบบ้านโบราณ เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดของสภาพอาคารเดิม ทำให้ฉนวนกันเสียงของบ้านโบราณค่อนข้างแย่

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม ไม่ไกลจากหอกลอง วัดเทพเจ้าประจำเมือง และศาลาเทียนยี่ จัตุรัสเทียนยี่อยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่นาทีโดยการเดิน ทำให้สะดวกต่อการรับประทานอาหารและช้อปปิ้ง ห้องพักสะอาดและมีระบบป้องกันเสียงรบกวน อาหารเช้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารจีน เช่น ก๋วยเตี๋ยว เกี๊ยว และข้าวเหนียว รสชาติดี พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตร ใส่ใจ กระตือรือร้น และมีประสิทธิภาพ

This is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo 😳😍. A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

一條絕對真實的評價 環境：民宿在一個世外桃源小山村裡麪，開進村的時候有早櫻和龍鱗壩很好看，酒店門外就是棲霞山古道徒步起點，對徒步人士非常友好，民宿整體環境避世且美麗，有一個高台可以俯瞰村子，可以看到古橋流水，視野很棒，晚上天氣好可以肉眼觀星。 設施：房間設施齊全，中央空調➕取暖器，山裡晚上冷也不怕，基礎的房間就很大，雙床房有一個小庭院一樣的前廳，朋友一起來的話可以在裏面喝酒打牌，大床房更大一點是一室一廳的設計，活動空間更大，且完全可以當做親子房住三個人，衞生間乾濕分離，吹風機給的是戴森，不錯不錯。 服務：前台小哥和小姐姐都非常熱情，到達很晚還等着我們，出遊前提前加微信問需不需用餐，出門徒步前熱心詢問水有沒有帶夠，兩天的早飯都不一樣，水果超級甜的，臨走還送了我們小蛋糕，真的超棒！ 地理位置：如果是來棲霞山古道徒步那非常方便，如果是去四明山徒步需驅車約四十分鐘左右，徒步完還可以去溪口古鎮逛一圈並用餐，距離懸巖村開車約1小時，最近早櫻開的很好，我們去的時候陽光明媚真是lucky！ 如果你出於四明山腳下的民宿比較簡陋，或者想徒步兩條路線，非常推薦這家民宿，店裡還有非常可愛的哈士奇養樂多和旺仔還有肥貓貓可以擼！ 希望下次還有機會來！！大家都來住！！

The nature around the hotel is amazing, but the facilities are quite old. It’s good place to have rest from the city noise. Very comfortable house, with nice balcony and huge bathtub. Breakfast was also tasty. There is nothing around the hotel within a walking distance, so we felt bored as we like active leisure. Also there is no lighting so you cannot really walk around in the evening. it is better to stay in the room after 7pm as the pathway to the house has no lights as well. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families with kids below 4 years old because of steep stairs and lack of baby equipment like cribs. But it’s a great place for couples to spend one day together in the nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
