Olhar todos os quartos e limpá-los mesmo os que não foram usados pois pode ter teias de aranha , ou rever os quartos para uma reforma. Pois falta cuidados neste hotel ( ex: porta desbotadada , espelho e cobertores manchados , fios soltos . Amei o atendimento mas falta qualidade). As dependências são ótimas! Os funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. A alimentação é ótima! O café da manhã é um diferencial. O apartamento onde nos hospedamos possuem dois ambientes com mobília própria e muito bem cuidada. Um luxo! Voltaremos, com certeza e recomendamos. Tudo neste hotel é de muito bom gosto! A arquitetura é algo impressionante.

Tive duas hospedagens bem próximas uma da outra em Ribeirão Preto. Veja a avaliação do Intercity para detalhes daquele hotel. Sobre este Ibis: PROS - fácil de chegar para quem está na rodovia Anhanguera, pet-friendly como todos os Ibis. Estacionamento gratuito (frente e atrás do prédio). CONS - o quarto não tinha toalhas, as que nos deram na recepção estavam bem surradas e ásperas. A tampa do vaso sanitário estava um horror (veja foto). O quarto não era adaptado como requisitado na reserva. Os colchões eram tipo box e firmes (para quem gosta de pillow top é um ponto negativo :-D). Rampa inclinada na entrada, difícil para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Música ambiente alta constante e pseudo-moderna. A tarifa da rede Accor é dinâmica - ou seja, muda a toda hora, conforme a procura. Recepção no check-in desagradável. Na comparação entre este Ibis e o Intercity RP, o Intercity é melhor com tarifa similar.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.
