"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."

"Были в этом отеле с сыном и друзьями в июне 2025 года: ощущения смешанные. В целом отдых был хороший: дети не заблевали, никакую инфекцию не подхватили. Номера чистые, спасибо девушке с ресепшен Laure, очень быстро заселила и четко ответила на все вопросы, после этого сколько раз подходили с вопросами к мужчинам на ресепшен, отправляли к гест релейшен, хотя сами стояли свободные, а у гест релейшен была очередь. В отеле отличная еда, удобный пирс,  но есть огромный минус: отель просто огромный, в ресторане ощущения вокзала, плотные ряды лежаков, уходящие вдаль и толпа толпа вездееее. Вернуться желания нет"

"They gave us a room that had very bad smell and there was technicians fixing things in the corridors. When I complained, they said they are fully booked and no other rooms available. They promised they will clean the room and fix the smell issue. They kept us waiting at the reception for an hour. When we returned to the room. Nothing has changed. I made a big escalation and that’s when they gave me another clean room with no smell. I lost my first half day at the hotel as I checked in at the room around 6:30pm."

"Y a pas de réception, on ne trouve personne pour information"

"At first, the hotel felt a bit confusing and not so comfortable, especially for someone who hasn’t stayed here before 😅. My booking was on housekeeping, but after a while I started to adapt to the atmosphere. Honestly, the hotel is wonderful 🌟 — excellent service, delicious food 🍽️, and breathtaking views 🌊🌴. Some small notes: the cleanliness in the corridors could be improved 🧹, and the way to the rooms felt a bit complicated and hot 😕. It would be much nicer if staff could guide guests through the pool or garden area 🌺, which is more refreshing and shorter. Also, the hotel felt slightly old-fashioned, even though it is renovated — the finishing is not 100% perfect. Overall, it’s still a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my stay here 😊."

"Заселили быстро, номер убирали каждый день, питание разнообразное, анимация дневная для ребенка, вечером детские танцы, живая музыка. Температура в бассейне в солнечные дни- 26-27, в пасмурные опускалась до 22-23."
