SSzEe3Very beautiful Riad. One of the best in Marrakech I must say. Entire Riad is worth a tour of itself. Peter is such storyteller and good host with the boys to ensure everything is perfect during our stay. Shoutout to Mohamed, who’s so attentive and kind with all advices. I saw him attending to a special needs elderly man and he’s nothing but super patient and sweet. Breakfast and evening sunset at the rooftop are a must! Super recommended!
AAngelleDidn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it
ผผู้เข้าพักStaff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.
DDrama ZhangThe best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
FFrankDon’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed.
The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests.
That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully.
The pool is too cold!
ผผู้เข้าพักGreat hostel and very friendly travelers, but please don't order the option with breakfast, because via Tip this didn't show op for the hostel.
AAkmama cheungThis raid hotel is beautiful landscape, the reception ladies are lovely and helpful. But one of the bar restaurant staff seems only like to talk with Arab or French speaking customers. He was very annoying first thing I asked him about menu when I was waiting for my room to be ready at the bar, he totally forgot my request he was talking with 2 French guests, second day he shouted me out when I was take a photo due to I didn’t know the place was a terrace for a guest room which was no sign or gate closed, I was feeling I m so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Anyway, the room is fine but the service is definitely not 5 stars
FFede UrThe Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax.
Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe.
I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect.
Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.
BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis request was also kindly accommodated. The hotel is located in a somewhat winding alleyway, which may make it feel a little scary, but it is easy to access the souks and squares on foot.
こちらの要望にも親切に対応していただきました。やや入り組んだ路地にあるため、少し怖さを感じるかもしれませんが、スークや広場等には徒歩でもアクセスしやすいです。
