The service was more than excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful—we absolutely loved them! The view was superb and truly amazing. A special thank you to the whole crew for helping to celebrate my birthday and making it extra special. We really appreciate the thought and effort—love you all! ❤️ However, I feel that the overall ticketing system could be improved. The ticket only allowed us to ascend once, but unfortunately, the weather was bad when we went up. Although we were staying there, we were unable to go up again the next day when the weather had improved. We were told that we had to go all the way down to purchase another ticket. It would be much more convenient if there were a system that allowed hotel guests to re-enter when weather conditions prevent them from enjoying the view, or perhaps additional ticket counters at the property. This would make the experience much smoother for guests. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the wonderful staff and breathtaking view!

My name is Jomhey and im a solo traveler. Ive stayed for 4 days and i can say the place is totally great and safe, the staff is nice and the rooms are very clean specially the toilet and washroom and the prices is reasonably cheap. I highly recommend it to you guys and try what i experience. Have a good travel 😊

Very kind host 🥰. Great location (It was pleasant walking around, and food deliveries were very fast!) Do note: this is like a homestay, a room within a condo, so you do not have your own bathroom. I wasn’t expecting that, but I would love to stay here again with a group of friends. Amenities: Very high-quality Samsung laundry machine with quality detergent. And an adorable pomerarian 🐶  The owner is very kind and helpful 🙏
