ผผู้เข้าพักI recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

Ss.haloLocation: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments.
Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival.
☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity.
When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

RRafael OsorioThe Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill!
This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

EEl GonzalesWe were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days.
The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome.
Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special.
Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel.
Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.

The hotel seemed **** down for a month or so, so I assumed it was being upgraded or renovated. The prices seem a bit higher, but I booked anyways and was disappointed that nothing seemed to be any different or improved that I could tell. The televisions and beds themselves can use an upgrade. Besides that the location and pool are still great.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

ผผู้เข้าพักTimes are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.
