ผผู้เข้าพักFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

- room is spotless, clean, spacious and bed is soooo comfortable
- love the shampoo, conditioner and lotions
- right beside the hotel there is a food complex for even more food choices
- concierge helps on getting taxis
Low marks
- this could be a one time thing that my room blackout in the middle of the night for awhile and after that tv has no signal til morning and the aircon malfunctioned stating aircon filter need to be cleaned

MMikeBob1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . The staff did eventually make things right but the bedroom still did not have smart tv to be viewed from the bed . Overall good hotel just check rooms befor booking .

Even though our stay was short, we truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, making sure our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which gave us a relaxing rest despite our busy schedule. It’s a bit unfortunate we couldn’t stay longer, but we would definitely consider coming back in the future to enjoy the full experience.

The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”

AaldwinjasperI have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated.
The Positives
The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.
Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided.
The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes
We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters.
When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience.
If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts.

ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent.

SSeaDaddySixWe always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

EEllie J.MAvenue Suites Hotel Bacolod offers a decent stay for short visits. The location is convenient and accessible to nearby establishments, which is a plus for travelers. The staff were generally polite and accommodating, making check-in and basic requests smooth.
