One of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.

Very nice and authentic feel to the hotel. Room is as in pictures, comfortable and clean. Pool was a bit small to use. Limited breakfast choice for early risers but everything was tasty. Definitely a recommend.

La verdad es un lugar muy agradable la cueva fanulosa el agua de esta muy bien. El hotel un poco menos amplio de lo que pensé en realidad .El personal es amable y muy atento para atenderlo a uno. Sobre la ubicación sin problemas. No tengo queja en general.....solo tuve un inconveniente.....una noche al entrar a mi habitación se percibía un olor muyyyyyy fuerte a orín o popo de gatito no lo sé , lo comenté en la recepción y su respuesta fue una evasión ....argumento la Srita que lo que olía así era la materia con la que están construidas los techos.....eso era inverosímil..... esto no me gustó en todo caso debía haber más inconformidades y no las había según me dijo la gente de la recepción. Me queje , nos sentamos a cenar y al regresar ya no olía.....que hicieron no lo supimos 🙂↔️ creo que debieron haber olvidado recojer los desechos de los gatitos....Si fue desagradable esto... Aún así me gustó salvo esto ...

El edificio es muy bonito así como el patio, camas cómodas pero las toallas desgastadas al cambiarlas fueron mejores.No hay desayuno aunque hay sitios para desayunar cercanos.

El hotel está muy bien localizado, cerca de la plaza central de Valladolid y de la iglesia de San Servacio. Correcto y cómodo, faltaba un espejo en el baño que no tardaron en reponer. Había un poco de humedad en la pared de la habitación pero son detalles menores. Echamos en falta algunas recomendaciones de sitios para comer o de actividades en la zona, pero el trato fue amable, lo recomiendo.

バヤドリドのバスターミナルから歩いて6分ぐらいです。フロントのスタッフの方はとても感じの良い方でした。ホテルの外観とは違い、中に入るととてもゴージャスな感じです。プールも有り庭も綺麗でした。部屋も広いしベッドも大きく清潔感がありました。とてもリーズナブルな料金でした。

優點：酒店位置非常好，在市中心，出行方便，有免費停車場。缺點：設施相對簡陋，房間裏一個杯子都沒有，無論是洗漱還是喝水，插座很少，衞生間油漆氣味非常重，前台與客房不在一起，需要過一條馬路。

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bamboo. The room was very spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only small downside is that the pool is quite small, but overall it was still a great stay and we would happily return.

เป็นที่พักแบบโฮมสเตย์ พนักงานมีความกระตือรือร้นและคุณสามารถจอดรถได้ฟรีในสนาม อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก และอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากใจกลางเมือง ห้องน้ำไม่แยกส่วนแห้งเปียก ส่งผลให้พื้นห้องน้ำลื่นมากหลังอาบน้ำ จะมีเพื่อนบ้านตอนกลางดึกและเช้าตรู่ แน่นอนว่าเจ้าของไม่สามารถทำอะไรกับมันได้
