We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon. The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained, with clean rooms and excellent facilities. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food. A special thank you to Mr. Arul, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. The 24-hour gym is a great bonus for guests who like to work out at any time of the day. One thing to note is the location. The hotel is next to Pakuwon City Mall, which is different from Pakuwon Mall. If your main destination is Pakuwon Mall, expect about a 40-minute Grab ride depending on traffic. Overall, we had a great experience at Aloft Surabaya. The comfortable rooms, excellent service, and modern facilities make it a hotel I would happily recommend and stay at again.

This place is absolutely fantastic for families. They've got an amazing kids' club that the little ones will adore. The entire facility is really well-maintained and kept in top shape. Plus, they have a proper drop-off area, which is super convenient. It's truly an ideal spot for a family getaway..

It's an amazing hotel with excellent hospitality, almost all staff are helpfull and you can feel safe to stay here. The front desk is very helpfull as well and provide all the informaton needed. The room is very clean and all functionaliry is working. The feel of stay is like at your home house. Hotel facilities also very good condition and manageable. It's a valuable stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันมาสุราบายา และประสบการณ์ที่โรงแรมสวิส เบลินน์ แย่มาก ๆ เลยค่ะ คืนแรก เนื่องจากเที่ยวบินล่าช้า ฉันเช็คอินประมาณ 22.00 น. และได้ห้องสุดท้าย (หน้าห้องเป็นทางออกฉุกเฉิน) รู้สึกแย่มาก ๆ ทันทีที่ก้าวเข้าไปในห้อง รู้สึกเหมือนมี ”บางอย่าง” อยู่ข้างใน ขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าเต็ม เที่ยงคืนห้องฉันมีเสียงน้ำไหลตลอด เสียงน้ำชักโครก! เช้าวันที่สอง ฉันขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ตอน 20.00 น. เลิกงานกลับมาที่โรงแรมบอกว่าเต็มอีกแล้ว ฉันแบบ... งงมาก! ฉันขอเปลี่ยนห้องตั้งแต่เช้าตรู่เลย ต้องต่อคิวอยู่นาน ในที่สุดฉันก็เปลี่ยนห้องได้ พนักงานบอกว่าจะช่วยเอาสัมภาระของฉันจากห้องเก่าให้ หลังจากนั้น 10 นาที สัมภาระที่ส่งมาให้ไม่ใช่ของฉัน!!! สัมภาระของฉันอยู่ไหน? หลังจากนั้นครึ่งชั่วโมง สัมภาระของฉันก็กลับมาที่ห้อง และพวกเขาบอกว่าเจออยู่ที่ห้องอื่น??!! ฉันสงสัยไปหมดเลย 23.00 น. มีเด็กผู้ชายคนหนึ่งเคาะประตูห้องฉันและเรียก ”คุณป้า” ... เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น พนักงานทำความสะอาดเข้ามาโดยไม่เคาะประตูตอน 9.28 น.! โชคดีที่ตอนนั้นฉันเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าเสร็จแล้ว! คืนที่สาม: นี่เป็นคืนที่แย่ที่สุดสำหรับฉัน ฉันตื่นเพราะเสียงน้ำในห้องน้ำอีกแล้ว! แต่ครั้งนี้ต่างออกไป ฉันรู้สึกว่ามีบางอย่างผิดปกติและฉันกลัวมาก ฉันพยายามไม่สนใจ แต่ฉันรู้สึกว่า ”ใครบางคน” นั่งลงอีกฝั่งของเตียง และฉันรู้สึกว่าผ้าห่มของฉันถูกดึงไปทางด้านซ้ายอย่างแน่นหนา (ฉันนอนทางด้านขวา)! ต่อมาเวลา 4.47 น. มีคนเคาะประตูฉันอีก! ฉันเปิดไฟและไม่กล้านอนต่ออีกแล้ว! คืนที่สี่: ไม่มีเรื่องราวอะไร เพราะฉันกลับถึงโรงแรมตอนตี 2 ฉันออกเดินทางไปสนามบินตอน 6.00 น. ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยด้วย

ข้อดีเพียบเลยครับ นอกจากที่ไม่มีสระว่ายน้ำกับร้านอาหารที่ไม่มีหน้าต่าง นอกนั้นดีหมดเลย เช่น ทางเดินเป็นพรม ทำให้ไม่เสียงดังแม้กระทั่งตรงหน้าลิฟต์ รอบๆ มีร้านอาหารเต็มไปหมด คุ้มค่ามากครับ ครั้งหน้าก็จะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Staying at the Ibis Surabaya hotel was quite satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, and local food can be found behind the Ibis hotel within walking distance. The facilities are adequate, although they are single units even for two occupants. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the car park, making it quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the car. The food served is delicious and varied, with good service, and uniquely, there is a playground for elementary school-aged children.

One of the good hotels to try. Because there are many strategic places that sell cheap food and sungi because the location is in the middle of housing. The weather is cool and there is also a swimming pool. Suitable for families and couples for weekends or long holidays

Seperti nya hotel lama bisa di lihat dari kasur yg saya tempati. Waktu mau mandi mereka lupa kasih handuk .harus di minta dulu .anak saya mesti turun ke resepsionis untuk minta handuk. Air minum cuma di kasih untuk minum bersama di luar kamar. Di kamar mandi nya ada semut hitam ke luar banyak di wastafel. Banyak nyamuk di kamarnya harus minta baygon untuk semprot nyamuk. Harus diperhatikan oleh pihak hotel supaya tamunya nyaman menginap di sana....kami pesan dua kamar ..
