โรงแรมพร้อมบาร์ที่ดีที่สุดในซูราบายา

เราเช็คอินค่อนข้างช้า แต่พนักงานก็ให้การต้อนรับดีมาก ห้องพักของเราอยู่ชั้น 26 และกว้างขวางมากสำหรับสองคน มีเตารีดไอน้ำในห้อง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดีมากสำหรับเราที่ขาดเตารีดไม่ได้แม้แต่ในการเดินทางสั้นๆ จะดีกว่านี้ถ้ามีโต๊ะรีดผ้าให้ด้วย แชมพู ครีมนวด และเจลอาบน้ำมีให้ครบ และอยากให้มีตะขอแขวนในห้องน้ำมากกว่านี้ น่าเสียดายที่เราถ่ายวิดีโอห้องไว้ แต่ไม่สามารถอัปโหลดที่นี่ได้ ตอนเช้าก่อนทานอาหารเช้า ไปออกกำลังกายที่ฟิตเนส ที่นั่นมีลู่วิ่ง จักรยานวงรี ดัมเบล และม้านั่งให้ยกน้ำหนัก มีอาหารเช้าให้เลือกหลากหลาย เราพักนานจึงได้ลองทุกอย่างในเมนูอาหารเช้า ส่วนที่ดีที่สุดของโรงแรมคือเชื่อมต่อกับห้างสรรพสินค้า Pakuwon City Mall ทำให้ช้อปปิ้งได้ง่ายขึ้น 🤭

Hotel is connected to a mall. Great location. Room is clean. Breakfast at Magnolia has an extensive spread. Quality of food is good, nice presentation and service by staff is excellent. Ambience at Club lounge is nice. What stands out most in this 5* hotel is the world class service rendered by all staff consistently. There is no staff that isn’t polite or helpful. Many go the extra mile to ensure that the hotel guests needs are well taken care of. Special thanks to Evan of the Club Lounge who attended to us when we checked in and Tian when we checked out, Bayu and colleagues (Conceige) who assisted us with ordering of Spikoe lapis cake and Bu Rudy, Lita and David (Magnolia) who served us at our table and Bastian and team for keeping the room clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันมาสุราบายา และประสบการณ์ที่โรงแรมสวิส เบลินน์ แย่มาก ๆ เลยค่ะ คืนแรก เนื่องจากเที่ยวบินล่าช้า ฉันเช็คอินประมาณ 22.00 น. และได้ห้องสุดท้าย (หน้าห้องเป็นทางออกฉุกเฉิน) รู้สึกแย่มาก ๆ ทันทีที่ก้าวเข้าไปในห้อง รู้สึกเหมือนมี ”บางอย่าง” อยู่ข้างใน ขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าเต็ม เที่ยงคืนห้องฉันมีเสียงน้ำไหลตลอด เสียงน้ำชักโครก! เช้าวันที่สอง ฉันขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ตอน 20.00 น. เลิกงานกลับมาที่โรงแรมบอกว่าเต็มอีกแล้ว ฉันแบบ... งงมาก! ฉันขอเปลี่ยนห้องตั้งแต่เช้าตรู่เลย ต้องต่อคิวอยู่นาน ในที่สุดฉันก็เปลี่ยนห้องได้ พนักงานบอกว่าจะช่วยเอาสัมภาระของฉันจากห้องเก่าให้ หลังจากนั้น 10 นาที สัมภาระที่ส่งมาให้ไม่ใช่ของฉัน!!! สัมภาระของฉันอยู่ไหน? หลังจากนั้นครึ่งชั่วโมง สัมภาระของฉันก็กลับมาที่ห้อง และพวกเขาบอกว่าเจออยู่ที่ห้องอื่น??!! ฉันสงสัยไปหมดเลย 23.00 น. มีเด็กผู้ชายคนหนึ่งเคาะประตูห้องฉันและเรียก ”คุณป้า” ... เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น พนักงานทำความสะอาดเข้ามาโดยไม่เคาะประตูตอน 9.28 น.! โชคดีที่ตอนนั้นฉันเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าเสร็จแล้ว! คืนที่สาม: นี่เป็นคืนที่แย่ที่สุดสำหรับฉัน ฉันตื่นเพราะเสียงน้ำในห้องน้ำอีกแล้ว! แต่ครั้งนี้ต่างออกไป ฉันรู้สึกว่ามีบางอย่างผิดปกติและฉันกลัวมาก ฉันพยายามไม่สนใจ แต่ฉันรู้สึกว่า ”ใครบางคน” นั่งลงอีกฝั่งของเตียง และฉันรู้สึกว่าผ้าห่มของฉันถูกดึงไปทางด้านซ้ายอย่างแน่นหนา (ฉันนอนทางด้านขวา)! ต่อมาเวลา 4.47 น. มีคนเคาะประตูฉันอีก! ฉันเปิดไฟและไม่กล้านอนต่ออีกแล้ว! คืนที่สี่: ไม่มีเรื่องราวอะไร เพราะฉันกลับถึงโรงแรมตอนตี 2 ฉันออกเดินทางไปสนามบินตอน 6.00 น. ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยด้วย

การต้อนรับที่ยอดเยี่ยมและความสะดวกสบายที่ไม่มีใครเทียบได้ ฉันขอแสดงความขอบคุณอย่างจริงใจต่อพนักงานโรงแรมทุกคนสำหรับการต้อนรับที่ยอดเยี่ยม ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่ฉันมาถึง ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นวีไอพีตัวจริง ขอบคุณบริการที่อบอุ่นและเป็นมืออาชีพจากสมาชิกในทีมทุกคน รวมถึงแผนกต้อนรับ แม่บ้าน และเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม จึงเป็นตัวเลือกที่เหมาะสำหรับทั้งนักเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจและครอบครัว การเชื่อมต่อที่ราบรื่นไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้า Pakuwon ทำให้ประสบการณ์การช็อปปิ้งที่ยอดเยี่ยม เพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้กับการเข้าพักของฉัน ห้องพักเกินความคาดหมายของฉันในเรื่องความสะอาดและความสะดวกสบาย ช่วยให้ฉันนอนหลับพักผ่อนได้อย่างสบายตลอดการเข้าพัก 2 คืน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม รวมถึงห้องออกกำลังกายที่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและสระว่ายน้ำที่สดชื่น ล้วนน่าประทับใจและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี จุดเด่นที่โดดเด่นคืออาหารเอเชียที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่โรงแรมให้บริการ รสชาติเป็นของแท้และหลากหลาย และยังมีซัมบัลให้เลือกหลากหลายถึง 10 ถึง 15 ชนิด ซึ่งยิ่งทำให้ประสบการณ์นี้พิเศษขึ้นไปอีก ความใส่ใจที่น่าประทับใจที่สุดประการหนึ่งคือการที่ฉันได้ขอผลไม้ต้อนรับเป็นพิเศษ ซึ่งทำให้ฉันรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในฐานะแขกของเราอย่างแท้จริง โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันให้คะแนนโรงแรมนี้ 5 ดาวเต็มเต็ม และหวังว่าจะได้กลับมาพักอีกครั้งเพื่อสัมผัสประสบการณ์สุดพิเศษอีกครั้ง

คุณสมบัติที่มั่นคงและประสิทธิภาพที่ยอดเยี่ยม ช่างเป็นช่วงเวลาสั้น ๆ ที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่เราพัก ตั้งแต่ล็อบบี้และเลานจ์ที่หรูหราไปจนถึงห้องพักที่สวยงามและกว้างขวางพร้อมทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของสุราบายา ห้องพักและภายในขอบเขตของโรงแรมสะอาดเป็นพิเศษพร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่มีคุณภาพทุกห้อง ห้องพักเงียบสงบและมีเตียงนุ่มสบาย สระว่ายน้ําและพื้นที่สันทนาการตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางต้นปาล์มที่ตกแต่งอย่างสวยงามและสวนที่งดงาม สระว่ายน้ําเป็นหนึ่งในระดับ PH ที่สมดุลที่สุดที่ฉันเคยว่ายมา เลานจ์ที่สะดวกสบายและที่นั่งมากมายรอบ ๆ ที่นั่งบางตัวจมอยู่ในสระ ระดับการบริการที่ประณีตของโรงแรมแห่งนี้คือ 10/10 ของที่แข็งแกร่งจากแผนกต้อนรับ/เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวก/พนักงานต้อนรับในห้อง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในร้านอาหาร Pavilion คุณภาพการนําเสนอและอาหารที่หลากหลายนั้นโดดเด่นในอาหารเช้า ขอบคุณมากสําหรับโอกาสพิเศษของเรายินดีต้อนรับการนําเสนอที่สวยงามและน่ารักบนเตียงเค้กฉลองที่น่ารักและความสนใจส่วนตัวมากจากเชฟ Sous และพนักงานร้านอาหารที่มีเสน่ห์ของศาลา ตะโกนพิเศษกับเอกอัครราชทูตร้านอาหาร Wachid ซึ่งนําเค้กฉลองจานของเราไปที่ห้องของเราเป็นการส่วนตัว แผนกต้อนรับและบริการเจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกันและช่วยเราแก้ปัญหาความยากลําบากของล้อกระเป๋าเดินทางที่หายไปอย่างสุภาพ JW Marriott และทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้อง.. จนกว่าเราจะพบกันอีกครั้ง.. Very good hotel. The service and staff are some of the best i have seen so far. The taste of the food included in the breakfast is very good to. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping doesnt mess with your stuff when your not there. The only stuff i can think of this hotel could improve on is stuff others mentioned before already: Very loud traffic,some of the drivers think they are valentino rossi.. so some more soundproofing would be recommended. The airconditioning is ok in deluxe premiere and higher rooms,i booked a deluxe double wich ment me and my girl were being cooked alive but the staff upgraded our room to deluxe premiere for free wich was absolutely very nice of them. The water pressure is ok but could be a little higher. And the food despite tasting very good is being held warm on electri hotplates but they need to set these to a higher temperature for some of the food so that its still warm after it has left the kitchen. Final verdict: 4.5 stars out of 5 and would recommend this hotel to others but as foreigner who struggles with indonesian temperatures i recommend you book a deluxe premiere or better room.

Room was huge the tv was all in Indonesian and had an a.i voice assistant that we couldn't turn off otherwise it was good choosing what we like the bathroom was amazing and the personal art work message to my good wife welcome ☺ breakfast was ok situated in a American looking cafe staff are super professional there was an iron and ironing board microwave fridge plates etc i didn't see one bug insect in the entire room but was dust in some places ac was ok too my elderly mother inlaw was actually loving it a shower ware she could sit the place has elevator family friendly space could do with a steam room or gym they have the space

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.
