Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. ผผู้เข้าพัก藏在深巷的文藝寶藏，下次來紹興必住！ 這幾天在紹興入住的「青藤別院」體驗感真的太好了，必須給滿分推薦！雖然找路時有點小波折，但住下來的舒適度讓我完全忽略了這些小插曲，下次來紹興絕對會二刷！ 位置絕佳，省心省力 民宿的地理位置簡直滿分！步行5分鐘就能到倉橋直街，10分鐘走到魯迅故里，核心景點幾乎可以全靠步行，省下的交通費都用來吃紹興小吃了，超級方便！ 服務貼心，細節滿分 必須誇誇民宿的服務！中途臨時加了入住人員，老闆非常爽快地幫忙協調解決了，特別靠譜。房間更是超出預期——一點異味都沒有，推開陽台門居然能看到梅花，一邊喝茶一邊賞花太愜意了！每天還貼心地送牛奶，值班人員還會幫忙把外賣送到房間。衞浴設施很棒，最感動的是暖氣特別足，白天在外走得濕漉漉回來，進屋就乾乾爽爽，幸福感爆棚！ 清凈舒適，一夜好眠 別看離景區近，民宿裏面非常清凈，完全沒有嘈雜聲，床品也軟硬適中，每天都能睡到自然醒，旅行疲憊一掃而光。 小小建議 如果非要説不足的話：一是民宿招牌不太明顯，從機場打車到徐渭藝術館後，司機和外賣小哥都容易找不到入口，建議在路口加個小指示牌；二是如果能提供乾洗服務就更完美了，長住的話會方便很多。 總的來説，這家充滿文藝範的民宿已經成了我心中的紹興白月光。不管是從位置、服務還是環境，都能感受到老闆的用心。下次來紹興，我還會選擇這裏！🌸

MMs. BhawanaWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.

BBaboucarrI want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
