"This is a place for a relaxing holiday to recharge. The property has a lot of history in it and the hotel has different activities to keep you busy (if you want to stay “busy”). Perfect for a quiet and relaxing time with family. But if you are looking for a typical trip packed with popular sightseeing spots, the location of this hotel is not ideal."

"I recently completed my 2nd stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, the Assistant Manager kindly provided a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Floor room with a beautiful lake view, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service throughout my stay was flawless. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight cigarette smell, as it appeared to have previously been occupied by a smoker. I informed the reception team, and they handled the situation immediately. Within 5 minutes, they arranged a room change, and the issue was completely resolved. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the 45th floor restaurant. The buffet offers an extensive selection of both Western and Chinese options, with something to suit every taste. There was a wide variety of fresh breads, croissants, cereals, dim sum, a noodle station, fresh fruits, and many traditional Chinese breakfast dishes. The spread was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The hotel is located a little farther from the city center and some attractions. However, this was not an issue for me, as ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. Most of my business meetings were conveniently held in the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor, which offers excellent views and a comfortable atmosphere. Wanda Plaza is also only about 10 minutes away by car, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. The service was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shaoxing and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Shaoxing."

The self-service laundry facilities are fully equipped, clean, and easy to operate, allowing guests to wash and dry clothes for free anytime. It effectively solved the trouble of laundry during the trip, bringing great convenience and saving extra time and expenses. Overall, Novotel Shaoxing Keqiao delivers attentive, user-oriented services with sincere details. With generous complimentary benefits, comfortable room conditions, and reliable supporting facilities, it is absolutely a cost-effective and highly recommended hotel in Shaoxing Keqiao area."

"The hotel is clean and nice, but I’m a bit disappointed with the service. My colleague received a welcome fruit basket and extra toiletries, but I didn't get any of those. I even had to call the front desk just to get basic shower supplies when I was about to wash up. Since we paid the same rate, I'd like to know why my room was overlookedㅡㅡ"

"這次出行選擇的是美術館邊上的紹興蘇寧希爾頓酒店及公寓，整體比較滿意： 1.地理位置：雖然離各景區都不是特別近，但交通還算方便不偏，而且酒店斜對面有蘇寧廣場步行可達 2.酒店地下室負一層有充電樁 ，差不多 0.94 一度相對周邊來説還行 不貴，就是位置比較少 衹有 4 個充電樁 3.環境：因為位於美術館對面所以整體環境還是蠻不錯的，傍晚可以看到晚霞，內部裝修風格也很有格調 4 服務：前台安保禮賓服務態度都非常好，會主動幫忙拿東西😊，入住還送了小禮物黃酒棒冰，魯迅故居那邊的棒冰要賣5塊錢一根😂直接在酒店就能吃到"

"ครั้งนี้มาเที่ยวที่เส้าซิง พักที่โรงแรม Hyatt Centric Shaoxing Cotton Tree ต้องบอกเลยว่าประทับใจสุดๆ จนอดไม่ได้ที่จะมาเล่าให้ฟัง! บรรยากาศของโรงแรมคือดีงามมาก! พอเดินเข้าไปในโรงแรมก็ต้องอุทานออกมาเลย! โรงแรมดัดแปลงมาจากโรงงานเก่า มีกลิ่นอายของความเป็น Industrial Style ผสมผสานกับความงดงามของสไตล์ Jiangnan Water Town ได้อย่างลงตัว ไม่รู้สึกขัดแย้งเลย เพดานล็อบบี้สูงโปร่งสบาย แสงแดดที่ส่องผ่านหลังคากระจกลงมา ทำให้ไม้และหินดูอบอุ่นนุ่มนวล ไม่มีความรู้สึกหรูหราแบบเย็นชาเลย ในสวนมีสระน้ำเล็กๆ ทางเดินหินปูรอบๆ ต้นไม้เขียวขจี เดินไปไม่กี่ก้าวก็อยากจะหยุดถ่ายรูป ไม่เหมือนกับโรงแรมในเครือทั่วไปเลย บรรยากาศดีงามจนรู้สึกผ่อนคลายไปหมดเลย การบริการก็ถูกใจมาก! ไม่มีความรู้สึกว่าถูกบริการมากเกินไปจนอึดอัด แต่เป็นความใส่ใจที่พอเหมาะพอดี ตอนเช็คอิน คุณ Tiffany พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาไพเราะอ่อนหวานมาก และคุณ Owen ก็กระตือรือร้นและทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วมาก แถมยังแนะนำร้านอาหารเส้าซิงอร่อยๆ ใกล้ๆ และช่วงเวลาที่คนน้อยที่สะพานบาจือให้ด้วย คือดีมากจริงๆ! ตอนกลางคืนอยากจะยืมของบางอย่าง โทรไปไม่กี่นาทีก็เอามาส่งให้แล้ว ระหว่างทางเจอแม่บ้านก็ยิ้มและพยักหน้าให้ ความรู้สึกสบายๆ แบบนี้มันดีกว่าทุกสิ่งจริงๆ ส่วนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักก็ต้องชมเชย! พื้นที่กว้างขวางกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัดเลย การตกแต่งสไตล์ไม้ดูสะอาดตาและสดชื่น เครื่องนอนนุ่มนิ่มมาก นอนลงไปไม่ถึงสองนาทีก็ง่วงแล้ว หลับสบายมาก รายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ก็ใส่ใจมาก มีไดร์เป่าผม Dyson และผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลร่างกายจาก Atelier Cologne เตรียมไว้ให้พร้อม แถมในมินิบาร์ยังมีเหลืองเส้าซิงท้องถิ่นให้ลองชิมด้วย ชิมแล้วอร่อยดี ขนมขบเคี้ยวก็มีให้พร้อม ไม่ได้ทำแบบลวกๆ เลย ฟิตเนสก็ได้ไปเดินดู อุปกรณ์ค่อนข้างใหม่ทั้งหมด ออกกำลังกายไปพร้อมกับวิวต้นไม้เขียวขจีในสวน ทำให้รู้สึกดีขึ้นมาก เรื่องความสะอาดนี่ไม่มีที่ติเลยจริงๆ! ปกติฉันเป็นคนขี้กังวลเรื่องความสะอาดเวลาพักโรงแรม แต่ครั้งนี้กลับไม่เจอข้อบกพร่องเลย ห้องพักสะอาดเอี่ยมทุกซอกทุกมุม ใต้เตียงและรอยต่อในห้องน้ำไม่มีฝุ่นเลย กระจกและแก้วถูกเช็ดจนสะอาดเงางาม แม้แต่พื้นทางเดินก็ยังคงความสะอาดอยู่เสมอ และในอากาศก็ไม่มีกลิ่นน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อแปลกๆ เลย รู้สึกสบายใจมากที่ได้พักที่นี่ โดยรวมแล้วรู้สึกเหมือนได้เจอขุมทรัพย์เลยจริงๆ มีทั้งคุณภาพของโรงแรมระดับไฮเอนด์ แต่ก็ไม่มีท่าทีที่วางตัวเหมือนกัน เหมือนกับได้พักที่บ้านเพื่อนเลยสบายมาก ครั้งหน้ามาเส้าซิง ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอน!"

"臨時訂的，意料之外的好。空調出風口有可以掛濕衣服的一排掛衣鈎；乾濕分離，洗臉盆這邊也有掛架，方便我掛自帶的洗漱用品袋子；吹風機這邊是可以坐着的；房間有很多充電口和充電線，滿足我們多品種小電器一起充，細節很喜歡。睡前偶爾有其他房間的關門聲，除此之外，整體非常安靜。前台的服務非常好，整體性價比很高。就是沒想到要好好拍圖，拿發給家裡人隨便看一眼的湊個數了，等孩子六年級學了《百草園和三味書屋》再來～"
