Great facility, Great location, Great food, Great service and Great view. Stayed three nights there with no problem at all. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. Two minutes walk from Keqiao Ancient Town for evening chill and Five to Ten minutes walk from Textile Markets depending on your textile needs The breakfast menu is same for all day but the taste was great. The receptionists are not very well in English but always ready to help your needs. Room Service was so great. The view from our room is not very well but can see the canal and the old home.

Amazing stay for our family. It was our best experience in China. Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from the transfer in electrical car, fruit in the room, wine tasting, boat ride, delicious breakfast, wine jar closing experience, etc. The place itself is also magical. A perfect combination of tradition with modern amenities in the room. Thank you so much. Totally recommended for any type of travelers!

เพิ่งกลับจากภูเขาและต้องบอกต่อเลย! ที่พักแห่งนี้ที่ซ่อนตัวอยู่ในหุบเขาสวยจนแทบพูดไม่ออก~ 👉เปิดหน้าต่างออกไปก็เจอแต่สีเขียวของต้นไม้ซ้อนกันเป็นชั้นๆ ตอนเช้าตื่นมาด้วยเสียงนกร้อง อากาศเต็มไปด้วยกลิ่นหญ้าและต้นไม้ ทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายในทันที~ ตอนเดินเล่นริมลำธาร รู้สึกเหมือนหายใจก็ยังหวานขึ้นเลย! 👉การออกแบบห้องพักโดนใจมาก! สไตล์ไม้ธรรมชาติพร้อมระเบียงขนาดใหญ่ ตอนเย็นนั่งชมวิวภูเขาและน้ำจิบชา ช่างเป็นอะไรที่สบายสุดๆ ยิ่งตอนฝนตก ฟังเสียงฝนและมองดูหมอกที่ปกคลุม รู้สึกเหมือนได้อยู่ในภาพวาดหมึกจีนเลยค่ะ💖 👉เจ้าของร้านเป็นกันเองมาก แถมยังแนะนำเส้นทางเดินป่าหลังเขาให้ด้วย คนน้อย วิวสวย ถ่ายรูปออกมาเป็นวอลเปเปอร์ได้เลย! ตอนกลางคืนยังได้ก่อกองไฟนั่งคุยกัน รู้สึกเหมือนมาบ้านเพื่อนเลย~ ข้อเสียเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่อยากจะบอกคือ: ถนนบนภูเขาค่อนข้างคดเคี้ยว คนที่ขับรถไม่เก่งแนะนำให้ขับตอนกลางวัน; ตอนกลางคืนไม่มีกิจกรรมบันเทิงอะไรมาก เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องการมาพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง แต่สำหรับฉันที่อยากจะหนีจากความวุ่นวายในเมือง นี่ไม่ใช่ปัญหาเลย! สรุปคือใครที่อยากมาพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ แนะนำให้มาเลยค่ะ! พักสามวันรู้สึกเหมือนได้ปลดปล่อยความเครียดตลอดครึ่งปีไปหมดเลย~ ครั้งหน้าจะพาพ่อแม่มาด้วยค่ะ!

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

The amenities were great, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The service from the staff was truly excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how kid-friendly the place was, there were plenty of attractions and activities to keep the little ones entertained, so parents can actually relax too! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking. We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place. We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use. I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.
