While the staff are all superb and the food adequate, once it comes to the rooms things change. Softest flattest pillows I've ever encountered no support in them at all when you're used to sturdy , firm pillows. Its a pure lottery on the shower temperatures too , every room seems to have different temp and pressure, 4 rooms lately where water hasn't gotten above lukewarm in 3 of them and 1 was basically cold water... and if you're unlucky enough to be stuck on floor 1 or 2 of the” wooden wing” basically room 231 or 331 upwards you'll hear every word and every footstep door opening, TV, switches flicking above you... then you could have the heating ducts right outside your window and they don't stop at all. Can't make out if they're the hotels or the warehouse thats just a few yards from hotel in one area. Rooms are clean and tidy though and as I said , the staff are 100% friendly and helpful...
