This was a stopover on the way to the Catalan region. It was 41 deg on arrival so the air con in the room was most welcome. Was able to park outside for Free up till 9 am next morning but the hotel des have parking at the back. Very friendly welcome and a card given to me for my half board to exchange for my meals also a voucher for a complimentary glass of wine. Meal was very good and cocktails nice to relax with at my table in front of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a good range including eggs and bacon. Comfortable bed so a good nights sleep. No negative points and would definitely stay again - a well run hotel.

The hotel will not win any design contests but it gets top marks for location, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Roman Theater, the former fairly close. The hotel is functional, very unfussy. It did have coffee and tea making facilities, a bonus. The bathroom was large enough. I had three single beds in my room, a chair, a luggage rack and a writing desk. Wifi signal was quite good during the day but had to head down to reception in the evening. I did see staff react quickly [not ‘we will send somebody’] when someone had a room issue. This is the first place in years that has not had password protected wifi. Parking on site was free. The breakfast had a decent range of options for 12 euros.
