"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a good value for the price. The only downside was that the curtains were not fully blackout, so some light came through the sides. Street noise could also be heard from the room, including passing vehicles. Despite these minor issues, I think the hotel is still a good option if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay."

"Great rooms! Brand new, clean and with service amenities like laundry, kitchen and ref (both the twin room and the 2-bedroom suite we booked) Perfect for families and staycations."

"Booked for my friends. They said that the staff are friendly however, the rooms are not that new anymore, aircon had problem too. May be accessible though. Breakfast is not buffet but there's free also."

"I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious."

"Though the hotel is old but the location is perfect if you wish to roam around the city proper. My stay was ok and room was big."

"The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are clean, decent, and comfortable. The private pool in the room is a nice option if you’re looking for privacy. The water was a bit cold during our stay, and there were some leaves that had fallen into the pool. The location is definitely one of the highlights. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and cafés, so there are plenty of options within easy reach. There’s also a parade ground right in front of the hotel, which is nice for taking a walk or having a relaxing stroll. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay."
