"The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as outside noise was noticeable during the stay. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering good value for money. Overall, the affordability and cleanliness make this hotel a solid choice, though guests sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind"
"We had a very good stay at Capitol Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the service overall was excellent. A great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it."
"Buffet quality is the best in the city.
Guests have a goodtime staying.
Guest upon arrival gets welcome drinks and guest enjoy cold water supply from the water dispenser in the lobby.
The front desk always ensure your special requests is always granted. Birthday month gets surprise gift a hand fan, pen or souvenier items.
During rainy season the hotel provides umbrella.
Parking is well lighted with cctv and available slots guaranteed."
"The location of this hotel is just OK. It is right off the ***** of the red light District. We did not know this when we booked.
The bed in the room was less than acceptable because we believe there were bugs in it. There was something biting us everything in the bathroom that is usually customary free. Had a price tag on it even the small and I mean small plastic bottle of baby powder
We went downstairs in the morning and had breakfast. The coffee was stone cold even though we could see a fresh pot brewing in the waitress area. The breakfast itself was meager at best and expensive. We booked an executive room so I would hate to see what the standard room was. The accommodation was less than acceptable. On the positive side. The security guard was very helpful. When we arrived and the entry and downstairs portion of the hotel is breathtaking. Very Beautiful, and very nice furniture. Everywhere. Very elegant."
"The hotel is decent with a pool and resto. They have wifi and 24 hr security. Its a good hotel for budget travelers who just needs to stay for a night or 2. Access to public transportation is very near. Staff were very helpful."
"I stayed in Red Hotel for me to have a place to sleep after going to a party. I expected that I will be provided with toothbrush and toothpaste as the usual standard that a hotel provides but they charged for it.
If u would bring a car, expect that you cannot park in the Red Planet building. They only have like 6 parking slot in the building, but a lot in the common area parking. My experience is that I parked 300 meters away from the building. For context, Red Planet is situated where there are nearby hotels and restobars.
In my room, it is clean, water pressure in shower is good, AC is good and cool. I slept good."
"It's my third stay there so like my home hotel in angeles.price per room in normal days was 11-13 euro, but for weekend always go up to 15-20 euro per night.its also long term stay monthly rent 28.000peso for single standard.all in all I liked alot"
"Second time in Angeles City, first time staying at Queens. Location is right where I wanted to be, right around the corner from Jolibee and The Walking Street. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The 7th floor bar with music, pool, and darts was nice. Nice views and atmosphere. The ONLY thing I would say is considering it's a 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel, I wasn't expecting the shampoo and soap to be just one mini bottle each. I did request more and they brought it so I'm thankful and I tipped. The water wasn't hot but they mentioned that in the welcome packet and could fix it at your request. I would stay here again"
ผผู้เข้าพักOur stay with Best Western Plus Metro Clark Savers Mall Building MacArthur Highway was very good. Staff, all of them were excellent. The location is convenient.. Breakfast is good. We will go back again.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe service was great -staff are well trained. Only downside is that the building needs renovation including the interiors. But great job in maintaining cleanliness.
MMartinThis hotel is really central within the night life of Angeles and even though the room was quiet. There are lots of parking spots which is an advantage, especially if you arrive late afternoon. The room was simple but clean and spacious. There is also a swimming pool that I did not experienced. The service was friendly and professional.
HHuggySenWe checked in very late and appreciated that the hotel still accommodated us without any hassle. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the unstable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a good experience.
MMarco AngeloThis is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. It is a good security check. Thank you Prime Asia Hotel and Management! Continue to stay consistent.
ผผู้เข้าพักGood hotel if you can get it at a discount, overpriced if full price.
Its a newish hotel but some of the fixtures and fittings are already brokern like the side tables in the rooms.
The roof over the pool leaks.
The dining area does a good breakfast but could do with a proper clean and removing the christmas decorations that just collect dust and dirt.
Music played in resturant begins early and goes on all day and is a bit loud. There is a gym which is nice, but sometimes people play music speakers in there early which is also not good for hotel occupants.
So nice hotel but could do with some upkeep and cleaning and cheaper prices.
ผผู้เข้าพักI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
NNurse MurlI recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!
