Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

I got the peace and tranquility I required. The spacious rooms and bathroom were a delightful surprise, as sometimes  rooms look spacious only in photos. Aircon is cold and NETFLIX is a bonus. I liked that when you open the sliding doors, you are greeted by an outdoor ambiance and not artificially lighted hallways in traditional hotels. From front desk (all shifts), room service and guards, they were all so courteous, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come back to Winds. Highly recommended. Place is fine staff are friendly and place location is just perfect if u want to stay closed inside clark area.and good price.

Hotel Snow Angeles offers a unique experience. The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet area in Ktown, yet close to local attractions. 🌆 The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Although the sheets smelled a bit moldy the first night, they quickly changed them the next day. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. The facilities, including a cozy pool and a lively restaurant, added to the fun atmosphere. 🍹 My only complaint was the shower area, which could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway! 🏊♂️ Definitely worth considering for your next stay!

The hotel staff provided exceptional service; they were consistently helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, my interaction with the owner was the complete opposite and definitely leaves room for improvement. Despite that, it was a great place to stay, and I would absolutely return because of the staff's dedication.

This was a standard plus room number 14 and only concerning that room. . It was just an ok room and overpriced for what I got. The floor didnt feel so solid. It moved when people walked down the hallwy and upstairs. Not a good sign. It got quite noisy outside in the hallway sometimes too. The AC was old and noisy too. The back of the hotel is nice and there are better rooms at the back, so the reviews will probably be more positive for those suites. On the positive the staff were friendly.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ritz Hotel Angeles and overall, I was satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to requests. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles.
