Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

I have been staying at Chester House for now over 10 years whenever I visit Nairobi for business meetings. What I enjoyed most were their breakfast. It was rich in every way. Unfortunately the effects of Covid-19 led their in-house Bar & Restaurant (B & R) to close. Now they have outsourced Breakfast to two outside restaurants. For the down stairs' restaurant, their à la carte menu is never fulfilled: there is always something not available. A second cup of tea/coffee must be paid for separately. The other restaurant is closed on Sundays. Today, you can't have a late drink in the evening. The absence of an in-house B & R has made the place no longer as cosy as it used to be. (คุณพ่อผม แม้แต่บอกรีเซฟชั่น เค้าบอกว่า จะฉีดพ่นก็ยังเป็นบักส์และมุ้ง เราไม่ได้นอน 2 วันเพราะสังสรรค์กันมาก และบรู๊คฟาสต์! เรานั่ง 40 ดอง เพราะต้องสั่งอะไรที่เราต้องการ (ออมเล็ต และไข่ต้ม) 40 ม้วน สําหรับอาหารเช้าคือยาว1 ก่อน 680 โรงแรมมีบุฟเฟ่ต์ และนั่นมันดีจริงๆ! ไม่อยากเชื่อเลยว่าโรงแรมนี้ลดลงมาตั้งแต่ปีที่แล้วขนาดไหน! ดิฉันได้ภักดีและรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านที่นี่มาหลายปี! แต่ฉันจะจองโรงแรมอื่นสําหรับการเข้าพักของฉันในเดือนเมษายน! แม้พวกปูillos ในครั้งนี้ก็เก่าบล็อคบนพวกเขา1
