The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่แยกส่วนกลาง แต่ใกล้กับสถานี Moosach U3 ตรงไปยังศูนย์ และS1 (เชื่อมโยงจาก / โดยสนามบิน) เราลองร้านอาหารเพียงแห่งเดียวในบริเวณใกล้เคียงในมื้อเย็นและส่วนอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดเต็ม / ได้รับการจองในช่วงวันหยุด ใน 15/20 นาทีคุณยังคงอยู่ในศูนย์กลางซึ่งมีตัวเลือก / ตัวเลือกกว้างขึ้น ห้องซูพีเรียที่กว้างขวางและสะดวกสบายสะอาดเครื่องทําความร้อนอย่างดีและเงียบสงบ ระเบียงหน้าในร่ม ห้องน้ําขนาดเล็ก แต่ใช้งานได้ จุดเดียว: 1) บางไม้บนม็อกเก็ตที่สามารถทําร้ายลูกค้าที่ต้องการมากที่สุด 2) การปรับปรุงการใช้อ่างอาบน้ํา/ตู้เย็น (ในห้องของฉันมีเพียงฝักบัว สวิตช์ถูกปิดกั้นด้วยสวิตช์ 😀); 3) กระเป๋าถือขนาดเล็กเล็กน้อยแม้ว่าจะนุ่ม ในความคิดเห็นอื่น ๆ ฉันอ่านอ่างน้ําเพราะการป้องกันผนังอาบน้ําที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ... แต่มันเป็นเพียงการอาบน้ําและควรใช้ฝักบัว ”โทรศัพท์” ที่บ้านดีกว่า ... อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหวานและสลัดที่ดีสําหรับรสนิยมของฉันมากกว่าที่น่าพอใจ ติดต่อกับแผนกต้อนรับในการเช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์ และที่พักข้อเสียเล็กน้อยในห้องเพื่อนเร็ว มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมิตร (ภาษาอังกฤษและอิตาลีเล็กน้อย) โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก! ปล.ห้องพักของเราได้รับการทําความสะอาดทุกวันในช่วงขั้นตอนการเช็คอินมีการสอบถามความพร้อมที่เป็นไปได้ที่ความถี่ต่ําถ้ามีความไวต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม

คําเตือนหลักคือขาดการจัดเก็บ ไม่มีตะขอในห้องนอนหรือห้องน้ําเพื่อแยกสิ่งของเปียก พัก 6 คืนและใช้เวลา 3 คนในกระเป๋าเดินทางในตู้เสื้อผ้าขนาดเล็กมีไม้แขวนเพียง 3 อัน ไม่เพียงพอสําหรับ 2 คน ร้องเรียนหลายครั้งและได้รับมากกว่า 3 วัน

พนักงานโรงแรมดี ห้องพักสะอาด และโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่ดี แต่เงียบสงบ อยู่ใกล้กับบริษัทเทคโนโลยี โรงแรมธุรกิจที่ดีสําหรับพนักงานที่เดินทางเพื่อทํางาน ใช้เวลาประมาณ 3 นาทีถึงรถไฟใต้ดินที่ใกล้ที่สุด - แค่ google ไปที่ KFC รถไฟใต้ดินที่ใกล้ที่สุดอยู่ติดกับมันZ แต่ไม่ใช่รถไฟใต้ดินที่สะดวกที่สุดเพราะที่สะดวกที่สุดคือ Olympia Einkaufzentrum เนื่องจากมีการเชื่อมต่อมากขึ้น มีเครื่องล้างจานขนาดเล็กให้จึงสะดวก แต่ถ้าคุณต้องการล้างจานด้วยตนเอง ไม่มีน้ํายาล้างจานให้ ดังนั้นคุณต้องซื้อเอง เครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้นใต้ดินของโรงแรม ดังนั้นจึงไม่ใช่ในห้องของคุณ มีแอพที่ต้องดาวน์โหลดเพื่อจองและจ่ายค่าเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้า ใช่ มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ไม่มีน้ํายาซักผ้าให้ ดังนั้นเราต้องซื้อเอง - ไม่มีตู้กดน้ําที่บริเวณซักและอบผ้าซึ่งสามารถซื้อผงซักฟอกได้ง่าย โรงแรมไม่ขายเลย เราคาดหวังว่าโรงแรมจะมีน้ํายาซักผ้าอย่างน้อย ดังนั้นอย่าจับได้หากไม่มีผงซักฟอกในตอนกลางคืน หากคุณวางแผนที่จะซักเสื้อผ้าในเวลากลางคืนเพราะร้านค้าปิดหลัง 20.00 น. ... โดยรวมแล้วมันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดียกเว้นไม่กี่ ความไม่สะดวก ในฐานะผู้มาเยือนมิวนิกครั้งแรก ผู้คนอาจต้องการพักในสถานที่ที่ใกล้กับเมืองเก่าหรือย่านเมืองมากขึ้นเพราะเราพบว่าตัวเองเดินทางประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมงทุกวันไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหรือสถานที่ที่เราต้องการไป

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

Für eine Nacht als Familie. Zimmer war zweckmäßig und groß genug. Gut schallisoliert, da an der Bahnlinie. Frühstück ausreichend. Für jeden etwas. Gute S-Bahn-Anbindung. Parken mit etwas Schwierigkeit, nach etwas suchen aber gefunden.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht. Für drei Erwachsene 210,00 EUR die Nacht ohne Frühstück. Das Hotel war aufgrund der EC und des Helene Fischer Konzerts ausgebucht. Parkplätze am Hotel waren leider nicht genügend vorhanden, was aber auch damit zusammen hängt, das die überdachten, und in der Tiefgarage gelegenen, Plätze extrem eng sind und entsprechend geparkt wurde... Im EG des Hotels befindet sich eine Bäckerei, in welcher es Frühstück gibt. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Drei Kaffee und vier Schoko Croissant haben 18 EUR gekostet... In einem separaten Bereich der Bäckerei wurde das Frühstück gereicht und fand das Catering für die Sportler gereicht. Die Junior Suite war großzügig und schön eingerichtet (Teppich), jedoch zur stark befahrenen Schleißheimer Str. gelegen. Da die Klimaanlage leider nicht abschaltbar, sondern nur in der Temperatur regelbar, ist, wollten wir ein Fenster über Nacht offen lassen, da dies zum automatischen Abschalten der Anlage führt. Leider war es aber so laut, dass wir das Fenster wieder geschlossen haben. Das Boxspringbett, wie auch die ausgezogene Couch, waren sehr bequem. Das Bad mit WC und begehbarer Dusche schön ausgestattet, ein großer Safe, Badeschlappen und Hygiene Artikel auch vorhanden. Leider im Zimmer keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank vorhanden, es wird pro Person eine kleine Flasche Wasser (pro Nacht) zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch einen Wasserkocher inkl. Kaffee/Tee gibt es nicht. Der Service der Mitarbeiter aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bar im Foyer für einen ”Absacker” in Ordnung . Leider nicht allzu groß und da das Hotel ausgebucht war, komplett besetzt, zudem schließt diese um 22 Uhr. Auf Grund der fehlenden Minibar, nach 22 Uhr, keine Getränke mehr im Hotel verfügbar. Die Benutzung des Fitnessraums kostet pro Person und Tag 8 Euro extra. Die von mir vergebenen 4 Sterne gibt es nur, weil das Personal äußerst freundlich war.

Another business trip, another hotel in Munich ... indeed I can start like this, however it is more to it than this, much more, so here are my thoughts on this place: location - near the Olympic ”village” in Munich and very close to the BMW museum and factory , not central at all, so is not the best area for those who want to be closer to downtown. For me it was has been no issue, either ways I was having business at the Messe , so 35-55 minutes of taxi ride each day (pending on the traffic). service - the front desk staff was really fast - in spite the crowd - , timing for check in check out was negligible. Very good work ... arranging a cab every morning on time for dozen of guests was also very efficient and nothing to complain about. room - comfortable, excellent bed , had a very good sleep in even with windows facing a very busy street, sound proofing was very good. Cleanliness was also very good - the empty minibar was a bit odd, but understandable. Bathroom had a very good size shower - and all the needed items were available.(the booths door did not close all the way, but if you were careful a bit it was manageable not to flood everything). breakfast - a REAL highlight, to be honest it's been a while since I see this good quality breakfast at a hotel, great variety of cold cuts, smoked fish, greens, eggs done on the spot by a cook the way you've wanted those done ... excellent!! prices - pocket friendly and overall an excellent price to quality ratio. To sum it all up - a very good hotel , some minor things here and there but overall an above expectation stay. I would recommend and defiantly a rebook option for me when I have business in Munich!

L'hôtel est aisément accessible, un peu en dehors de la vieille ville, donc un parking aisé. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles et la literie est assez correcte. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant Grec attenant, il est complet, sans exagérations. La climatisation est silencieuse et heureusement car la ventilation de la salle de bain est infernale. Elle tourne en permanence et est bruyante a tel point que l’on a du enlever la carte de commande de l’électricité de la chambre pour la stopper. La salle de bain présente des problèmes d’ergonomie, dérouleur de papier mal placé donc on s’y cogne, la vitre de la douche trop courte donc on mouille partout… L'espace entre la télévision et le lit est insuffisant, on se cogne donc également contre la télé. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant Grec attenant, et les ‘bacs bain marie ne tenaient pas » les œufs ont fait le grand plongeon mais ils n’en mettent pas d’autres… Aux vues de tout cela c’est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.
