โรงแรมนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพักได้ในเมรีดา

ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองที่ได้มาพักที่นี่ ในทริปนี้ผมต้องการเช็คอินก่อนเวลามากและในฐานะที่เป็น Globalist เขาทําให้ห้องผมว่าง super early ซึ่งผมชื่นชมหลังจากตาแดงของผม อาหารเช้าและที่พักดีมากๆ เยอะ กําลังก่อสร้างใหม่เนื่องจากกําลังทําซ้ําส่วนใหญ่ของโรงแรม บริเวณสระว่ายน้ําปานกลาง พนักงานเยี่ยมมาก ห้องพักธรรมดาปานกลาง แต่ห้องสวีท (ซึ่งผมพักในทริปก่อนหน้า) สุดยอดมาก! ทําเลโรงแรมพอใช้ได้แล้วแต่ว่าจะทําอะไร โดยรวมแล้วได้เข้าพักที่ดี

Not sure why this hotel is so highly rated. Nothing about it is terrible, but the devil is in the details. The Good: - Staff is super friendly, incl. the valet - Rooftop pool and bar are really nice and a great feature - Overall layout of the hotel is charming - Great water pressure and genourous rooms The not so good: - Upon check-in, they tried charging us a 240/day ”resort fee”. After further questioning they said it was optional and would pay for the WiFi and the gym. Not a great business practice, espcially for a 5* hotel - Overall the hotel looks a bit dated and would benefit from some more maintenance - We booked a double room but were given a king room - when they showed us to a double room it was quite dirty - dirt on the linens, bathroom counter wasn't wiped down - so we just made do with the king instead - Beds weren't terrible, but I've slept better Location is a bit off the beaten path. Not bad but is was about a 20-30 walk to the city centre and the nicer restaurants.

NH Collection is a modern, trendy hotel located near Merida Centro. The restaurant provides paid breakfast which is quite tasty, and as world travelers, we have found no finer dining service than that provided by our most attentive, courteous and genuinely kind server, Ezekuiel! The General Manager truly cares about the guest experience and stopped by our table to inquire as to our stay. Not many of the front desk staff speak English. However, Elmer (the bellhop) served as a welcomed translator during our 16-day stay.

This Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while visiting the Yucatán ! I want to give much thanks to Martin who works the front desk!! and all who work the security at night and the door men during the day! !!! The women who work breakfast are amazing and so sweet and helpful ! I’m just so impressed with this hotel I could go on and on!!! I go to Merida often and have stayed at so many different hotels ! This wins the Gold Medal. Thank you Residence inn The room was so comfortable and I love that my remote for the TV changes Spanish movies to English!!! Yes!! Location ideal for shopping and groceries ! ❤️👍🎉machismo gracias !!!!!!!

Just spent 2 nights here but found the hotel to be well connected with free parking, shopping and restaurants; what else do you need? It is actually connected to a shopping center that has a Walmart. We ate at two of the three restaurants located in the mall and found others that we tried as well. Nice décor and good size comfortable rooms. Hope to return one day.

เรารู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านเสมอ พนักงานสุภาพน่ารักเป็นกันเองและเป็นมืออาชีพ บริการดีมาก ทําความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย และทําเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างสวยงามและมีประโยชน์ รายล้อมไปด้วยสถานที่ที่น่าสนใจและยอดเยี่ยมมาก

Nice hotel with friendly service. I've stayed in Fiesta Americana hotels a lot and know generally what to expect. This one lives up to the high Americana standards. It is in a good location, near good restaurants, but not in the central area of town. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are nice. The bar had live music on Friday night and the band was great. Across the street is an outdoor restaurant that also had live music at night. The first floor of the Fiesta Americana hotel is all shops, so the actual hotel lobby is on the next floor. At the top of the escalator, in the lobby, there will be one or two people who will approach you and offer to help you with anything. They are very nice, but their goal is to sell you something like a timeshare. We refused to talk to them about that, so we never got the full explanation. We also got a phone call in our room, from the same people, telling us they had a free gift for us. We did ask these people for recommendations of local activities and they were very nice and helpful. Included was a light breakfast and snacks/drinks on the fifth floor. This was very convenient and the food was simple, but good. The only real surprise we had was at check out. We found that there is a charge for the self serve coffee in the room. I never use anything from the mini-bar or anything in the room that has an extra cost. I do not remember seeing anything about the coffee costing something. So many other places it is free/included. The hotel did reduce our charge for the coffee, but be aware that there is a charge.

โรงแรมเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากและเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากสําหรับผมที่จะมาพักในเมรีด้า เค้าส่งผ้าเช็ดตัวให้แขกคนละผืน (เหมือนกับที่เค้าส่งคุณที่รีเซฟชั่น) และมันก็เหมือนกันที่คุณจะต้องใช้ในการตากมือ ร่างกาย ใบหน้า และแม้กระทั่งพื้น เนื่องจากเค้าไม่ให้อีกผืน, และพื้นคอมเม้นท์เพราะห้องน้ําไม่มีประตูและให้ทําเสร็จประตูห้องน้ําไม่ครบทิ้งพื้นที่ขึ้นลงน้ําจึงไปส่งที่ห้อง แต่ปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดที่เจอคือห้องไม่พอดีก่อนเค้าให้มา ผมเดินทางมากับครอบครัวตอน 4 โมงเย็น (เวลาเช็คอินคือบ่าย 3 โมง) พอเราเข้าไปมีผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ใช้ในเตียงให้ และในห้องน้ํามีสบู่ที่ใช้และแชมพูขวดครึ่งๆ เสียดายที่คุณไม่ได้คํานึงถึงรายละเอียดที่สําคัญและชัดเจนเช่นนี้หวังว่าคุณจะคํานึงถึงความคิดเห็นของเรา
