I have seen tons of bad reviews. They must have improved a lot recently because I did not have any essential issues. Nevertheless, I will try to give the pros and cons of this hotel -: The communication could be better and more clear, we weren't sure when to check out; Some of the equipment in the rooms could be replaced +: The staff is very polite and hospitable. There is a very, very affordable restaurant with pleasant meals. There are two inside gardens, one with a pool, both perfect for freelancing travelers like myself. The location is in a nice part of Marrakech, with many clubs and cafes, and also perhaps a 12 min walk to Kathouba and 15 to Jeema el Fna. There is also a Carrefour nearby which comes pretty handy

We have recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time! The rooms are very comfortable, the food is great (amazing choice for breakfast!), the indoor heated pool is amazing and relaxing, the outdoor pool is spacious and relaxing and the sun-beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to a mall and many restaurants. A special mention to all the staff members who work here- they are so helpful and friendly! We especially want to mention the following staff: Fatima at reception was very welcoming, Mohammed for his amazing tea and friendliness, Assam and Ismail for being so helpful and friendly at concierge, Abdul Kareem for being great at the pool side bar, Madi for being a great recreational manager, Loutfi for being very helpful in the bar and Essafi for being a helpful security man! You all made our visit so special! We recommend this hotel for great service, food and facilities!

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!
