The moment you step in to the riad you will be greeted with warm and hospitable atmosphere. You would feel right at home. Naima is a great host, making sure your stay is well taken care of. Yousef is so attentive to your needs. We stayed here after a 14-day travel across Morocco and it was the best choice. The property is clean and well maintained. Located within walking distance to the medina and the different sites of interest in Marrakesh. Gives you sense of comfort & security once behind the doors of this riad. Would love to stay longer in this place next time we visit Marrakesh. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were stunning. Lovely roof top terrace. Fantastic food. The service from staff was perfect. 100% recommend this hotel. It’s a smaller hotel with less than 10 rooms, offering a really authentic Moroccan experience, in a beautifully designed property. Food was delicious too. We’ve decided to stay another night at the end of the tour we liked it so much.

The riad is beautifully decorated and a real oasis within the city walls. The staff who work here are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They felt like old friends by the time we left. Breakfast is outstanding and the lunch we had here was delicious. I can highly recommend this riad to anyone wishing to experience this wonderful city. It has everything you might need.

We have stayed in Riads in Marrakech before, and this one was excellent. From the moment we arrived there was an incredibly warm welcome. But the thing that really stood out for us was the attention to detail. The Riad is fantastic, beautiful. Our room was lovely, large, with a beautiful ensuite. The place is spotlessly clean, the attention to detail was evident in the small touches, like water provided in the room, the quality of the linens and towels. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, in fact, I would say it was the best breakfast we have ever had. We needed to leave before breakfast to go on trips on several days. This was not a problem, the Riad arranged coffee and cakes so that we didn't go off hungry. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome, they went above and beyond, the breakfast was just one example. They helped get some stitching mended for us on some luggage, nothing was too much trouble. So a big thankyou to Suliman, Eunice and especially Mr Smile. The place smells beautiful, when you first arrive you are met with a beautiful cinnamon smell (and the staff told us where we could purchase it). The roof top terrace is stunning. We had a terrific stay, I would wholeheartedly recommend this Riad. We will be repeat customers. If you are considering a small Riad and appreciate the personal touch, look no further.

We had a such great experiences here. I booked this Riad 3 months ahead of our trip and immediately got reply by Soulaimane. As our requested, he recommended and booked us a very nice restaurant for the night in Marrakesh and making sure our needs were met ( transportation to few attractions and airport drop off). The whole team were super friendly and the Riad itself was pretty and super clean with some new technology embedded in the rooms, Nexpresso machine with capsules, and very thoughtful extra touch for women in the bathroom. Highly recommended!!! And will definitely return to La claire Fountain in the future!! 🙌 ❤️

The perfect hotel and perfect hosts. Traditional decor, clean and high attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. A tour was booked for us with a brilliant guide and all taxis were ordered. We were even escorted to the taxi and prices negotiated for us. A feast for breakfast every morning. Will be back!

We arrived at the Riad very late at night, a little jaded and anxious as we had no real sense of where we were due to the complicated maze like layout of the surrounding medina. It was not until next morning we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. The Riad is beautifully designed, and built in a traditional style but with modern facilities. It is an extremely comfortable refuge from the madness of the medina just outside the front door. The beauty and comfort of the building was however, surpassed by the delightful and attentive staff. The young men who looked after us were intelligent, witty and charming. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were very happy to talk to us and help us understand a little more of life in Morocco.

Absolutely amazing time here at La Claire Fontaine. We were instantly welcomed after a long walk into the hotel, and made to feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble and we were immediately given tea and snacks to help us relax. The whole hotel is immensely well decorated and finished. The ambiance is calming and beautiful. The rooftop vista is breathtaking. Absolutely everything about this hotel is stunning. It really does make our time here in Marrakech truly worthwhile and we spent many an hour in the salon enjoying a relax in the calming and vibrant surroundings. Our second home that we will rush to return to at our first opportunity, thank you for keeping us comfortable and cared for. Would recommend anyone visiting Morocco stays here and sees the city from this location.

From booking to leaving - this Riad was a joy. The staff were amazing at ALL times. Dealing with pre-queries, questions about the earthquake, helping with contacting some of our viator bookings, booking transport, coping with our upper terrance family get togethers and generally letting us think we were talking to long held acquaintances. Big mention to Soulaymane for patiently answering all my messages especially after the earthquake. Smail and Youness for being ever present. Nothing phased these hardworking guys. The Riad itself is a small (seven bedrooms I think) but very well modernised. The internal courtyard area is lovely and bright with comfortable seating. There is also a large lounge type room which is used for breakfast. The roof terrace has a covered area which is necessary for sunny days - good views. The rooms are all different and very quiet. All the necessary facilities are provided plus many additions to make your stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had both overhead and hand heads and was walk in. The rooms are cleaned excellently each day. Breakfast is very fresh and varied with many local specialities - the staff are excellent at providing drink and egg choices if you ask. We had one evening meal which was of three extensive courses all superbly cooked. The Main had five types of tagine/ The Riad is on the edge of the Medina and we found it easy to walk to the centre in 15 minutes or so. I would highly recommend this Riad for a peaceful stay in Marrakech.
