From the night before check-in, the hotel already impressed us with its thoughtful service. We received detailed arrival instructions, including directions via Waze to the car park located behind the hotel. Upon arrival, staff were waiting for us at the back entrance and kindly escorted us to the front desk for check-in, which made the whole process smooth and welcoming. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea around noon, which was a lovely gesture after our journey. The property features a unique and elegant Nanyang-inspired design, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we appreciated the choice of three different types of pillows. A wide variety of complimentary snacks and beverages was also provided. To make the stay even more special, the hotel manager personally wrote a welcome card for us. The bathroom was well appointed with a full range of toiletries, and the bathtub was wonderfully large. The only minor drawback was that the hot water became cool halfway through filling the tub. Breakfast the next morning was served from a menu with both Western and Chinese options, offering a good variety of choices. Overall, this was a truly impeccable experience. It was clear that the hotel genuinely cares about every detail of its guests’ stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit, and we would not hesitate to return.

It was a great experience and I enjoyed it immensely with my partner. The location is very near to the Christ Church Melaka, walking distance 10 min to Jonker street, and it’s my second time here, definitely will come again.

ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กแต่สะอาดและอบอุ่น เราพักที่นี่แค่คืนเดียว เราแค่กำลังผ่านไปมา Wi-Fi เร็ว เขื่อนที่มีราบาแสนอร่อยอยู่ห่างออกไป 50 เมตร หน้าต่างมองเห็นลานบ้าน ไม่มีเสียงดัง ถ้าใครต้องการเบียร์ อยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรม Swiss Hotel Garden ห่างออกไป 300 เมตร มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต 99 speed เดินตรงไป 5 นาที ระยะทางในมะละกาไม่ไกล นั่งรถบัสจากสถานี 9 ริงกิต

ทำเลดีมาก. โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนยองเกอร์ใกล้เวที สะดวกมาก. ห้องพักสะดวกสบายสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 3 คนและเด็ก 1 คน พนักงานต้อนรับของโรงแรมมีความเป็นมิตรและเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือต้องปีนบันไดขึ้นไปถึงห้องของคุณ ภาพห้องพักในโรงแรมเป็นหลังพัก 2 คืนครับ รักพื้นที่

Simple hotel centrally located in Malacca. Room was basic but comfortable. The only complaint was the water pressure was very low making showering a challenge.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

ทำเลดีมาก สามารถเดินทางไปใจกลางเมืองได้อย่างรวดเร็วและสะดวกสบาย ถือเป็นจุดเด่นที่ดี พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับก็น่ารักและอัธยาศัยดี คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือเราหลายอย่างตลอดการเข้าพัก ความสะอาดก็ไม่มีปัญหา แต่มีข้อสังเกตเล็กน้อยคือ เนื่องจากพี่พนักงานเป็นชาวมุสลิม ในช่วงเวลาละหมาดจึงอาจไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ประจำที่แผนกต้อนรับ แล้วก็ ฉันเลือกห้องพักแบบห้องน้ำรวม ซึ่งห้องน้ำรวมนี้แทบไม่มีที่วางของเลย ทำให้ค่อนข้างไม่สะดวกสบาย นอกจากนี้ การที่ไม่มีก๊อกน้ำสำหรับใช้งานได้จริงจัง ก็ค่อนข้างลำบาก ต้องใช้ก๊อกน้ำที่ติดตั้งอยู่ข้างห้องน้ำแทน ส่วนปลั๊กไฟก็เสียไป 2 ใน 4 ช่อง ใช้งานไม่ได้ สำหรับคนที่ให้ความสำคัญกับทำเลเป็นอันดับแรก ที่นี่ถือว่ายอดเยี่ยมมาก ขอแนะนำเลย หรือไม่ก็แนะนำให้เลือกห้องพักแบบที่ไม่ใช่ห้องน้ำรวมจะดีกว่า

โดยรวมแล้วสบายมากและอยู่อาศัยได้สบาย บ้านมีขนาดใหญ่สองชั้น มีทีวีและ KTV แต่ KTV ไม่ค่อยมีประโยชน์ ฉันศึกษามานานเมื่อฉันเริ่มใช้มัน ครั้งนี้ฉันนําลูกสุนัขสองตัวมาด้วย สัตว์เลี้ยงเป็นมิตร ฉันเตรียมสิ่งของที่สุนัขต้องการใช้ด้วยตัวเอง คุณต้องจ่ายเงินมัดจํา RM200 ก่อนเช็คอิน และจะคืนเงินหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ การสื่อสารกับเจ้าของเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับไชน่าทาวน์และใกล้กับบ้านสีแดงมาก คุณสามารถเดินไปถึงได้ ประสบการณ์โดยรวมดีมาก! จะกลับมาอีก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือยุงเยอะมาก แม้ว่าเจ้าของบ้านจะสั่งยาจุดกันยุง แต่ก็ยังมียุงและถูกกัดไปสองสามถุง ฉันหวังว่าเจ้าของจะใส่ใจกับการกําจัดยุงมากขึ้นในอนาคต! อีกอย่างคือห้องอยู่ใกล้ถนน คนนอนข้างหน้าต่างได้ยินเสียงข้างนอกได้ง่าย คนที่นอนเบา ๆ แนะนําให้อยู่ห่างจากหน้าต่าง! เตียงนอนสบายมาก นุ่มและแข็งสําหรับฉัน และโดยรวมถือว่าดี เมื่อฉันจองราคาประมาณ RM300 และค่า CP ดี! ครั้งนี้เราพักกัน 4 คน สูงสุด 6 คน ค่า CP สูง! แนะนําถ้าราคาไม่ขึ้น!
