During my recent stay at this hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to my expectations. I found the property to be a bit old, with noticeable stains on the walls, which detracted from the overall experience.
That being said, the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly demeanor contributing to a positive experience. However, in my opinion, the environment could use a lot of improvement to ensure that guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

booked for just a night, the room is outdated , toilets are not clean - dirty !! , toilet bowl not cleaned well, disgusting !!!! , tv control broken, tap and shower fittings all rusted, not worth the stay for the price paid !! the hotel needs major renovation !!!. This hotel has no passion in what they are providing, basic thing cleanliness, what's the point of functioning a hotel , when you cant even keep it clean ???? would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Its only advisable for the hotel management to Upgrade and maintain !!! you have a good location !!! this hotel has great potential !! but only if UPGRADED AND MAINTAINED WELL. good location too - Jalan Ayer Keroh !!
