Couples and friends looking to be close to the action will find it has a great location, however, it’s quiet setting and wide range of facilities make it suitable for families also. Days can be spent on the beautiful, sandy beach which is also just a short walk away. Back at the hotel there is a fantastic pool area featuring a large, lagoon-style pool and two children’s pools, one with slides. There are also plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained, including a children’s club for the little ones. Accommodation is contemporary and stylish, and will ensure a comfortable stay.

Have just returned from a fabulous stay here with my Daughter. We had a beautiful sea view room and stayed B&B. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Fridge was appreciated to keep drinks cold. There was no kettle or iron but we managed ok. Breakfast choice was very good from cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats and bread. Pastries, cakes to a cooked breakfast. Definitely something for everyone. Various juices, and choice of different coffee and tea. The pool was small but not busy. Beach is beautiful sunbeds for the day were €19.95 Lovely restaurants along the sea front lits of choice. Main streets behind this do become very busy and noisy as the evening goes on but overall, we slept well, little disturbance at times but not a real issue for us. Taxi from the airport was €40 and took 30 minutes. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and we would return here.

It is a very nice hotel in a good location for a slightly quieter stay in Magaluf, but more could be done to separate those wishing the slightly quieter experience. Because of the very nature of going to “maga” I expect it to be lively and I’m more than capable of staying “out out” to party myself , but I’ve also learnt to respect others , which tends not to happen with the stag/ hen parties that are away . With that in mind I think for the hotel management to improve the overall experience, stag and hen dos should be located on the first couple of floors with families and couples etc located up on floors higher up , so when those returning from the clubs at 5-6am in the morning and want to shout down the corridors at the top of their voices won’t disturb others . Maybe some soft furnishings in the corridors would also help as very echoing. Having said that the staff were lovely and the food was very good considering it was a buffet style and had different options each night , and always healthier options like fish on the menu so well done for that . I saw someone moaning about no inflatables etc in the pool ,I liked that as enables people to swim .i guess the real issue is your trying to accommodate all types of visitors and maybe you should either go all out for the stag and hen do types , or turn them away altogether. You cannot please all of the people all of the time . I do agree that paying for cups on poolside was somewhat irritating, especially as they would not except me to add on to my drinks bill but wanted cash , but maybe that got lost in translation, and people leaving towels on sunbeds, whilst clearly not by the pool was irritating and selfish , as not enough sunbeds for all . Overall I enjoyed our stay

Amazing hotel as soon as you walk in your met with beautiful smiles from reception girls Paula and Joeejna very helpful and spoke good English. The rooms are cleaned Dailey, beds sheets & towels changed each day, there is a vast variety of foods to choose from to suit your diet or hunger needs. The food is amazing magnifico! Highly recommend you try the food out. The pool, wow! Nice big pool & spaced out. Lots of sun beds and seating area so no massive rush to get that perfect spot. There is also a smaller pool on floor 0 for those who love to get them Instagram pictures by the pool with the view behind you. Also, amazing service with a smile from Johnlouis & paula who work at the pool bar, spoke good english, love to have a conversation with me when at the barr amazing peopel And last but not least, a massive thank you to Ian, the duty manager. Most hotels just want your money and kick you out. Not this hotel or this manager Ian everyday made sure he was visible for all guests to approach. I had several chats with Ian during my stay complimenting him on the hotel and he would constantly ask me how my day was. Did I have any problems, what my plans were for the day or night. Ian, you're amazing, and so are your staff. we can't thank you enough for another lovely stay here at Cooks Club. 🫶 Thank you to all the staff working so hard at cooks clubs. You're all amazing and work so hard to make the guest feel welcome and enjoy their stay.

Wonderful hotel . 10 min from beach yet away from hustle bustle of nightlife. Spankingly clean rooms large shower and communial toilets well maintained for hygiene . Staff very friendly. Food good great variety only bugbear was had warm up few times in microwave . Pool area not too busy . Entertainment in evenings watchable and appreciated . Special mention to Rachel at poolside bar was an absolute treasure and a great asset to hotel . Animation team of Beyaz , Oscar and Moory were fantastic and did a splendid job entertaining all ages . We defo be back here. And im a fussy sod
