Very clean modern apartment in a excellent location staff was very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble ! Big balcony with table and chairs excellent views !! The pool was closed due to the time of year ! Plenty of places open in palmanova which is a 5/10 mins walk.Bakery was open across the road excellent drinks

Great location . Nice clean apartment. Friendly lady on reception. Comfortable beds. Great size balcony on level one . Fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and utensils provided if needed. Despite being above two bars (not lairy) it was nice and quiet at nighttime) Unfortunately, the water pressure and water temperature leaved a lot to be desired . The shower water was either scolding hot or cold and fluctuated all the time- which could be quite dangerous for children . The taps in bathroom and kitchen are the same . Didn’t bother complaining as can’t see what they could of done about it . A quick walk to all the bars etc and opposite katmandu house . Didn’t eat any food in there so can’t comment on that. Right next to bus stops - so handy for catching the bus to/from airport etc

Arrived late July 2nd and was greeted by a nice gentleman on reception. Was told safety deposit box was free which was good but still had to pay torist tax as usual. Apartment was 307 on the top floor. At first look clean and tidy however did find that bin in bathroom had not been emptied since previous occupant as undesirable objects left in the bin. Water pressure in shower is a joke. Either freezing cold or burning hot. Tried moving shower dial back and forward but no happy medium and this has been mentioned in previous reviews by others. Hotel is situated in a good place. Far enough away not to be kept awake at night but close enough if you want to visit the *****. Katmandu opposite and our room faced the yeti on the wall of the hotel with the same name. Over priced breakfast as just continental for 10€ however if you want a traditional English fry up the restaurants on the sea front are 10 minutes walk away at a cost of about 6€. Drinks also a bit steep at the hotel too at about 2.50 per can and 10€ per cocktail .However save yourself a bob or two and visit the Aldi up the road to stock up on your soft and alcoholic drinks to save yourself a few pennies

Arrived with my children, the day before we left got abused by the night reception and the night porter demanding more money and threatened with the police if I didn't pay them as argued that my child should pay adult prices even though they have a passport. Very abusive and aggressive. Would not recommend at all if you are a family or a mother on her own with children as seemed to have targeted me due to this and tried to bully me to pay. Cleaning needs improving as everyday missing towels and floor never moped or cleaned correctly causing cockroachs on the 3rd floor. Will nor be visiting again and would not recommend

The apartments where new, the pool was quite and the Paella was really good. The staff was so nice with our daughter and the beach was a 5 min walk away. Everything was perfect 👍

Just back from these lovely apartments. They are in a good location. Staff are extremely friendly. Everything you need in them. Large balcony and very private. Just a couple of ******* which wouldn’t put us off booking again. Air conditioning in the lounge area was not working very well although the bedroom ceiling fan was extremely good, Upon arrival there were a few grubby hand marks on doors and tables which should have been wiped before we arrived. The pool area is beautiful but we were disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool at this time of year. Next time we will make sure that we book when it’s open. All in all we could highly recommend to stay here.

Myself and 2 friends shared two bed apartment. Spacious,clean..two bathrooms and a lovely poolside vibe. Two balconies too. Bakery downstairs was lovely. Would definitely stay again. Close to beach, bars and all magaluf has to offer. Its not all kids and drunks .

Fantastic location, accommodation, swimming pool, facilities and staff We were in a group of 18 spread over 6 rooms. The rooms were well set out with a balcony overlooking the front, which I loved to be able to chill in the provided chairs with an expresso from the provided exlresso machine. We were above the Finnigans Irish bar but dont let it put you off booking, the live music wasnt loud at all and with the patio doors closed zero sound could be heard from outside. The aircon was perfect and there is an additional propeller fan above the beds which is amazing which can be purchased for €16 I think for the week which gives you the remote. We were lucky enough to have it left on so used it all week on the same setting. The self catering appartments had everything you would need. Didnt turn on the large TV so could comment on that. The room cleaners were prompt, quick and efficient. The staff were very welcoming and would accommodate any requests happily. Well stocked bar. The swimming pool area was something out of Love Island with la mix of lovely sun beds with linen privacy curtains, comfotable tables and chairs with straw parasols and we were there all its busiest times and not one towel was on a bed reserving it. It was perfect and as the weather was sooo hot alot of time was spent in and around the pool. There is a toilet right there so you can access straight from the pool. The pool bar is well stocked, the cocktails were great, as was the burgers, antipasta, lasagna, carbonara and tagliatelle porcini. The bar staff and bar manager were very friendly and helped maked our stay personal and welcoming. The location is perfect halfway between magaluf beach and palma nova. 5 minutes walk to each. Both have lots of UK aimed bars and restaurants but palma nova was all families. Other facilities were on your doorstep, large Aldi 1 minute away, bus stops for marine land and water park right outside too. All in all, I recommend this hotel for us, a group of 18, families with children.

Gorgeous apartment. Staff were friendly and security on the night was helpful as we lost our key card so he let us in and into our room. We will be staying again next time we come to magaluf
