แน่นอนว่านี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดใน Senggigi หรือแม้แต่ในลอมบอก ทั้งในด้านการบริการและการออกแบบ อย่าลืมลองสระว่ายน้ําและไปที่บีชคลับด้านล่าง นอกจากนี้ยังมีแกลเลอรี่ที่ขายสิ่งต่าง ๆ เช่นบิกินี่หมวกรองเท้าแตะและอื่น ๆ ในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล ชื่นชมนักพัฒนาและการจัดการ

เราต้องการอยู่ในเมืองหนึ่งคืนก่อนเที่ยวบินในวันถัดไป ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับน่ารักมาก เราไม่มีโอกาสใช้สระว่ายน้ําเพราะเราแค่ต้องการพักผ่อนเพราะเรามาจากเกาะ Gili สามารถเดินไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้า Mataram และร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือห้องของเราหันไปทางถนนใหญ่จึงได้ยินเสียงรถวิ่งผ่าน แต่ก็ยังเป็นโรงแรมที่แนะนํา และขอบคุณสําหรับเค้กวันเกิด :)

Pearl of Trawangan was a luxurious, incredibly clean, and central hotel, whilst still being far enough away from the noise of the local bars (5 minute walk from bars). The pool was lovely with a very well kept pool bar, managed by very helpful and attentive staff who couldn’t have been nicer/more accommodating. There were bikes you could hire from 100,000 rupiah (approx £5) per day to make your way round the island as there are no cars on Gili T. The rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, good AC and a comfortable bed. The bathroom area is effectively outside, however there is a canopy and it is always kept spotless by the staff so was still very comfortable. The restaurant was also second to none. They feed you plenty at breakfast time offering complimentary pastries and fruit, and have plenty of options for your “main” breakfast. Our breakfast was included when booking our stay. We also had a lunch and a dinner here, both of which were superb. Having cycled round the whole island, I think we chose the best accommodation on the island. Some of the others, despite looking nice, had pools right by the main road which didn’t offer much privacy, whereas the pool here was set back, still benefitted from the sun shining on it all day, and offered plenty of sun loungers. They also had their own loungers on a designated part of the beach, which is literally 10 steps from the hotel reception, meaning you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Could not recommend enough. We stayed here mid-June 2023.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

ซานโตรินี่ตั้งอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามกับกิลิทีจากท่าเรือ ผมเดินผ่านใจกลางเกาะเพื่อไปถึงก็ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 นาที พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่หรือล้อลากผมไม่แนะนําที่นี้ แค่ไม่รู้สึกว่าอยากลองไปเหตุผลกับคนขับม้า (ไม่มี Grab บนเกาะ) เพราะเป็นครั้งแรกและไม่รู้ว่าน่าจะเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเท่าไหร่ ปล. คนขับม้าเป็นมาตรฐาน 100,000 ใครๆ รีสอร์ทก็พอใช้ได้และผมได้รับน้ําผลไม้ต้อนรับ ห้องพักเล็กกว่าที่คิดไว้ ผิดหวังที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของผมคือสระว่ายน้ําไม่ทํางานและผมจองที่นั่น 3 คืน ผมต้องใช้สระเพื่อนทุกวันซึ่งอยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือ ตกอีกอย่างคือรีสอร์ทอยู่ไกลจาก night life ซึ่งใกล้ท่าเรือมากกว่าถ้าวางแผนจะออกดึก และการเดินทางกลับรีสอร์ทก็เดินหรือปั่นจักรยานลงถนนมืดมากเหล่านี้ สุดท้ายก็ออกเดินทางหลังวันที่ 2 เพราะสระว่ายน้ํายังใช้งานอยู่ ารอาหาร ผมได้ลองแค่ Fried ribs ก็โอเค พนักงานก็ใจดีและบริการดี ต้องบอกว่า เค้าชดเชยผมด้วยการให้จักรยานเช่าฟรี แนะนําเลยคือถ้าวางแผนที่จะพักแค่ที่เดียวเพื่อพักผ่อนซานโตรินี่ก็โอเคสําหรับที่ถ้าสระว่ายน้ําทํางานเพราะชายหาดอยู่ตรงข้ามรีสอร์ทพอดี แต่ถ้าท่านใดวางแผนเที่ยวเกาะและอาจจะทําชีวิตกลางคืนได้ ผมก็จะพักใกล้ท่าเรือมากกว่า

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

อาหารเช้ารสชาติดี ไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ต์ แต่เป็นออร์เดอร์ ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีเตียงเสริม แต่ละห้องมีโซฟาแสนสบายที่สามารถใช้เป็นเตียงได้ ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกมาก

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt looked after. Every aspect of our stay including the marvellous reception and breakfast staff made the experience truly memorable. We couldn't fault any aspect of the service we received. A 3 star hotel that realy deserves a 5 star rating.
