โรงแรมใกล้สถานีกลางลีเดน, เลเดน

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟกลางของเมืองเลเดนที่สวยงาม ตัวโรงแรมเองอยู่ในมาตรฐานระดับโลกของแบรนด์ไอบิส เช่นเคย โรงแรมไอบิสเป็นเดิมพันที่ปลอดภัยสําหรับคืนที่สะดวกสบายในราคาที่เหมาะสม คะแนนพิเศษสําหรับผู้ที่เป็นประโยชน์และเห็นอกเห็นใจทุกคนที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน! (ภาพที่แอดมาจริงคือวิวหน้าต่างจากห้องของฉัน ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ - ยิ่งตอนกลางวันในตอนเช้า)

Hotel was moeilijk te vinden, staat ook nergens aangegeven dat dit gebouw van fletcher is. Bij de receptie werden wij niet klantvriendelijk geholpen, er was een ongeïnteresseerde houding van de medewerkster en er was geen ruimte voor vragen deze werden namelijk kortaf beantwoord. Bij binnenkomst op de kamer troffen wij een grote witte vlek aan op de muur, ook zaten er witte vlekken in het matras en schimmel in de douche. Je kan alleen gratis gebruik maken van het zwembad tussen 08.00 en 09.30, buiten deze tijden moet je er extra voor betalen. Ook alleen tussen deze tijden kun je met badkleding het zwembad betreden, wat dus betekend dat je buiten deze tijden naakt moet zwemmen. Dit kan je alleen terug vinden op de website van fletcher als je de kleine letters leest dit word namelijk bij binnenkomst niet verteld aan de gast. Douches hebben wel een douche raam, maar deze is aan de onderkant open. Waardoor de gehele badkamer blank staat en erg glad word dus dit kan voor gevaarlijke situaties zorgen. Ligging van het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamers. Voor ons geen t****e keer in dit hotel.

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเลตันมาก สะดวกมาก โรงแรมค่อนข้างสะอาด มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาทีในการเดินไปยังใจกลางเมืองเลตัน นอกจากนี้ยังสะดวกที่จะขึ้นรถไฟไปยังเมืองอื่น

นี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่ารื่นรมย์มาก - พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้การสนับสนุนมากบรรยากาศเป็นที่นิยมมากพิพิธภัณฑ์ Corpuus อยู่ด้านหน้าอาจเป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสําหรับการเยี่ยมชมกับเด็ก ๆ อาหารเช้าอร่อย ไฮไลท์ของอาหารเช้าคือเชฟที่ทําไข่เจียวของฉันด้วยรอยยิ้ม : ห้องไม่ใหญ่ แต่เหมาะสําหรับแขก 3 คน - เตียงและเตียงโซฟาก็สบายมาก สภาพแวดล้อมที่เงียบสงบ เรามีช่วงเวลาที่ดี ขอบคุณทีมฮิลตัน Leiden :)

Worse experience i/we have ever had at a hotel. Accepted my husbands cc , who stayed at this hotel for 30 something days and he was never asked in the middle of his stay to show his cc again… even though he made an additional booking during his stay for a few days longer. I was visiting Leiden when he was leaving because our daughter started studying there. So when i came my husband mailed with the hotel to make a reservation for me , the hotel accepted his cc again with no remarks what so ever. And my husband had told them in the mail that he was leaving and i was going to stay at the hotel. They had already been payed for his longstay , had his approval of his card for my stay and they had everything they needed to claim the money at the end of my stay.But 4 days after he left they asked me for the cc ( mind you they never asked my husband for his cc during his stay!!). But my husband is an EU citizen ( white) and i am not a european ( brown/coloured person) . The bottomline is that they don’t trust people who are non-european/coloured. Even though they did trust my caucasian EU husband !!! In the end i gave them my cc and i still had 14 more days to stay … they pulled of the complete amount of the upcoming stay IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never seen this before. Such a bunch of money-grabbers . I felt very DISCRIMINATED by an all-white( blond) distrusting staff . My husband informed the manager and received an even worse mail back , complaining about my behaviour instead of verifying what had happend leading up to my dissatisfaction. The manager believed his staffmembers blindly. I had never been treated so bad in my life at a hotel or for that matter anywhere.( and we travel alot !) They had everything they needed to claim their payment in the end!!! I moved out the next day and went to the Fletcher Wellness across the street and had the best treatment i could imagen . Payment in full at the end of my stay no asking for cc during stay. Never again Golden Tulip Leiden , WORSE HOTEL EVER!

Wij zijn in dit hotel 1 nacht geweest, en vooral alleen om te slapen. Het hotel heeft wel wat minpunten, maar wij vonden het prima gezien de prijs die wij hebben betaald. Kamers en badkamer zijn niet groot, maar netjes. Bed inderdaad erg zacht, kwestie van smaak. Wil je meer luxe, dan moet je een hotel kiezen met meer sterren maar ook meer betalen. Wij hadden wel erg last van de branddeur die elke keer in het slot klapte. Dus tip: vraag een kamer aan het eind van de gang. Dat scheelt zeker. Ontbijt was lekker: heerlijk vers omelet, en genoeg beleg keuze. Broodjes zijn afbak en zijn wat hard als ze te lang liggen. Kun je over vallen, maar wij vonden het allemaal ruim voldoende. Personeel heel vriendelijk!
