Everything was polite. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. We had a free upgrade to a room with amazing views. Receptionist was friendly. We will return to this hotel as my cousin lives in La Havre.

De passage pour une nuit sur Le Havre, j'ai réservé dans cet hôtel. Personnel accueillant, grande chambre propre, calme, bien insonorisée, bien équipée (table et fer à repasser, bouilloire...),grand lit confortable, salle de bains propre, mais un petit nettoyage des joints de la paroi de la baignoire pourrait être envisagé. Le petit déjeuner servi entre 7 h et 10 h est copieux. Il y a un grand choix, de la qualité et bien garni. Ce que j'ai apprécié, c'est que les animaux sont acceptés. Le seul bémol : l'entrée du parking devrait être mieux indiquée. Si vous êtes de passage sur Le Havre n'hésitez pas à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Personnellement, j'y retournerai.

Hello, I unfortunately stayed at this property . If I have known would have stayed else where . Staff is completely racist and humiliates the non white guests. If you are a person of color ,one is not allowed to the restaurant nd use the amenities . It reminds me of apartheid times. But if you are white this could be a great place . I have complained to the management and explained to them in detail in an email but no response so far . Any what can you expect from shameless people. Will escalate to the government authorities about this . Thanks -

โดยจอง 3 วันแรก ขยายเวลาอีก 2 วัน เพราะโรงแรมดีมาก ฉันไม่ได้กินอาหารเช้าเพราะฉันชอบทำกาแฟของตัวเองในห้องที่มีกาต้มน้ำที่จัดไว้ให้ และการอาบน้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำก็น่ารัก ด้านหลังโรงแรม สะพานนำไปสู่ศูนย์การค้า Primark หรืออีกฝั่งของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างรวดเร็ว จากนั้นเข้าสู่ Boulevard Joffre ซึ่งนำไปสู่ Coty Center และ Fnac Refuge แห่งใหม่ในวันที่ฝนตก เป็นถนนที่มีร้านค้ามากมาย
