"Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay."

"Excellent service all through! From the guys assisting outside with the Vehicles to the most friendly front desk staff and a clean comfortable lobby, this place ROCKS!!! The restaurant Amare La Cucina is on the same site, they serve excellent Italian Cuisine with wood fire oven pizza, was a very pleasant experience, also had great tasting baby back ribs. I would give this restaurant a 10 out of 10! Along with the hotel. 10 out of 10!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Chalet Baguio. The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the cool Baguio weather. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. What I appreciated most was the peaceful environment and the convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying some quiet time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Baguio."

"We stayed here for three nights to attend our annual retreat and I give it a good rating due to the following: 1. Clean and big rooms and toilet and bath 2. Good variety in food served during buffet bfast especially during weekends, including the free flowing coffee.  However, on weekdays, there is a noticeable difference (fewer selections but still acceptable) and no more free flowing coffee and have to order. 3. Rooms are being cleaned regularly and amenities being replenished. 4. Staff are friendly and accommodating, including the guards who have been helpful when looking for taxi. 5. Lots of parking space  6. Spacious and clean lobby and toilets  7. Beautiful facade  8. Looks safe since a patrol car can be found in front of the hotel 9. Near Victoria Bakeshop and nearby shops and cafes Only distraction is the noise on the road even during night and early morning.  Can still be heard even at the 8th floor.  Also lack of pedestrian crossing so this prevented me from walking towards the direction going to Victory Liner.   Generally, price is just right."

"Nice and clean hotel foe its age. It's located in a great location as its name states. Close enough to walk to many of the things your coming here for. The restaurant in the mall that serves guests staying at the hotel was very good. Bean Talk bistro. Only negative I could think of is thetes a little noise when guests are entering and exiting there rooms and they don't have netflix. But overall it was a great stay. Definitely will stay at this hotel agian."

"Location is close to SM Baguio, Session Road and Victory Liner which is what we needed for this trip. The host is very accommodating, flexible and responsive - perfect for us who made an out of the whim decision to travel. The unit is clean and neat."
