Myself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK. We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required. For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal. We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area. Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online) 2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation) Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening. Staff attentive but not overbearing. I'm I think me and the wife have found our escape location for future trips to the PI's that we do at least bi-annually

Nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience. The location is very accessible—being near the bus terminal makes traveling around so much easier. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices whether you’re craving something quick or a proper meal. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay, perfect for both short and long visits.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed with warm lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. Overall, a good experience — just a few small things could be improved, but I’d still be happy to stay here again. 😊

This hotel was awesome and I can't find anything negative about it. The breakfast was great, the shower got really hot and the AC worked perfectly. A perfect room and stay. My only concern isn't the hotel's fault, but be wary booking during holidays or weekends when Baguio is full. It will be hard to find a taxi to go from the hotel to the bus stop.

The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice.

It’s spacious and beautiful, we have a good sleep staying here. Fireworks are visible during NYE, we enjoy our stay here. The breakfast is really good and the staff are accommodating and helpful .

A comfortable stay at Alvea. Hairdryer and electric fan are available in the room. Water dispenser is at the corridor. Just both shower water pressure and shower hot water not strong enough Cleanliness needs to be improved as room has Ant and some area is sticky Room package included breakfast which is set breakfast. Suggest to have more selections. Car parking is available as well Hope to have full length mirror in the room Overall the stay is good and will consider to staying again. Hope will see some improvement by then.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี หน้า SM บาเกียว ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยและผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่ขาวมาก ข้อดีประการหนึ่งคือพนักงาน พวกเขาทั้งหมดยอดเยี่ยมและช่วยเหลือดี ที่จอดรถมีขนาดเล็กคุณต้องฝากกุญแจไว้ที่แผนกต้อนรับ เจ้าหน้าที่จะช่วยจอดและขนย้ายบริเวณลานจอดรถ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่ดี
