ผผู้เข้าพักMy recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

ผผู้เข้าพักFrom the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy. Breakfast very tasty. I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is super. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices and hot food. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found an insect (a silverfish) in the bathroom. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. (Be prepared!) It was hard to pump the shampoo, shower gel out. Family room is spacious. Can get hot in the summer (bring your own electric fan! No fans or air conditioners in the rooms.)

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a fantastic stay in The Malone. Lovely spacious room. Great breakfast, lovely bar food. Great to have free parking too. Nice relaxed hotel The hotel is located in a lovely area in Belfast, just around the corner from Queen’s university, Ulster Museum & the Botanic Gardens . Easy to walk to the town centre too. . All staff at the hotel were so friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend The Malone Hotel.

Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.
