I stayed in this hotel only for one night during a business trip. It’s located nearby the airport in a rather dull location. Check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was spacious yet bathtub was very slippery and thus quite dangerous in that respect. The room service (and other similar services to the room) are managed via a QR code system which is quite user friendly. Yet the room service quality in terms of food and display was awful. Nevertheless I can still recommend this hotel for a short stay of one night in case you need to be nearby the airport

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe were going to Valencia from Chamartin first thing, so the main criteria for the hotel was that it was close to the station. It is really close to the station. Big tick there. It's not the prettiest building from the outside, but inside is quite a different. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It has an outside pool, but given that the overnight temperatures were below freezing, unsurprisingly the pool was shut. The room was very nice. I can't remember the type of room (sorry!) but it had a bit with a sofa and a TV then a sort-of partitiion and then a really decent sized bed and another TV. Nice touch with the TV - you're in another country so you shouldn't expect English speaking channels, but both TVs had a Chromecast attached so it was easy to pair it with a phone or tablet and watch Netflix/Amazon Prime/saved films, etc on the TVs, which is a nice feature. Most hotels don't offer this. Only criticism is that that the hotel is very tall and it is very possible to fall out of the windows. To clarify, for most people that's not going to happen. It's just that there's nothing to stop you opening the windows on high floors - some hotels stop you opening the windows too much but these windows are easily opened and quite low. Personally I was absoutely fine with it as it let me take pictures of the north of the city and the 4 towers of CBTA unobstructed, but if you have kids with you then keep an eye out. (This is just a heads up - the rooms are fine, you might just not want to leave kids unattended.) If you don't have kids with you there is absolutely nothing to worry about, although when I opened the windows it did make me feel a little nervous. Rooms had blackout curtains and had decent soundproofing as well. Breakfast was really good. Good selection of juices, cereals, baked goods, charcuterie as well as british staples like toast, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, bacon and sausage. We arrived quite late in the afternoon and went wandering. Definitely worth checking out the worryingly tilted Puerta De Europa twin towers which are nearby. We were facing north and the view over the CBTA (home to some of the tallest buildings in the EU) and the north of Madrid is stunning, however the area around the hotel isn't the prettiest. Transport links are fantastic. Madrid's public transport system is really good and from Chamartin you can get to most of the city, including the touristy bits really easily. If I came back to Madrid would I some back here? If it were as a tourist then I might not, only because we came back to Madrid a few days later and stayed right in the centre, which was very convenient for touristy things. If I was here for non-touristy reasons or if I was planning to catch a train then I 100% would.
