I don’t know for what reason temperature in the room was 17 that was super cold and took long time to adjust. It’s below standard btw. All other is good , staff is nice

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

โรงแรมน่าทึ่งมาก! สะดวกสบาย สะอาด และใหม่มาก ขับรถไปสนามบินแคลกะรี 15 นาที ราคาไม่ถึง 100 ดอลลาร์ต่อคืนสำหรับเตียงควีนไซส์ 2 เตียง ที่ชั้น 8 พร้อมวิวที่ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวาง ถือว่าดีที่สุดในย่านนี้ แต่เสียดายที่ไม่มีอ่างน้ำร้อน! ร้านอาหารด้านล่างมีอาหารและบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม ส่วนที่ไม่ค่อยน่าพอใจคือขั้นตอนการเช็คอิน ซึ่งค่อนข้างยุ่งยากที่ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนและบัตรเครดิตที่มีชื่อตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ไม่รับบัตรเดบิต) สำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ จะดีกว่านี้ถ้าสามารถใช้บัตรที่ใช้ชำระค่าห้องพักล่วงหน้าได้

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

A good hotel considering the price and location. For a 3 star property, it meets the stated standard. Comfortable beds. Spacious lobby. Everything works.

คุ้มค่ามากสำหรับการพักระยะสั้นใกล้ YYC มีทางแยกจากถนนสายหลัก BarlowTrail NE ทางเข้าด้านหน้าค่อนข้างสับสนหากเข้าจากด้านหลังซึ่งเป็นเขตอุตสาหกรรม พนักงานเป็นมิตรและเป็นมืออาชีพ มีค่ามัดจำความเสียหายตามโรงแรมและผู้เข้าพักก็เป็นไปตามที่คาดหวังไว้ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก แม้จะดูเก่าไปบ้าง แอร์เสียงดังกว่าที่คิดไว้เล็กน้อย แต่ก็นอนหลับสบายตลอดคืน ฉันไม่มีเวลาใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (สระว่ายน้ำและห้องออกกำลังกาย)

ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้แบบไม่ได้ตั้งใจหลังจากยกเลิกการจองที่โรงแรมใกล้สนามบิน เพราะอยากได้ทำเลที่สะดวกกว่าสำหรับการเดินทางและสำรวจตัวเมือง ฉันรู้สึกประหลาดใจกับประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับ บริการดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน กว้างขวางพอสำหรับ 2-3 คน ในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านที่สะดวก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังมองหาที่พักที่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองมากนักในราคาที่เอื้อมถึง
