Location was amazing. We came to go to a concert and enjoyed food at the blaze bar and some drinks and stayed at the hotel. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff and great food!!!

Staff was lovely. Very accessible (partner is in a wheelchair). Power went out on one set of machines in the ****** and the attendant on duty made sure to find us and give us our tickets as soon as available.

Satisfied; found the buffet at ****** was pricey. Resort fixed my bill. Originally, they charged me full price plus the deposit of 193.00 extra. I complained and they reversed the charges and corrected the bill.
Sink was plugged and they attended it promptly.
Basically, satisfied with my three-night stay in Calgary.

The staff were very efficient and friendly upon check in, as well as other staff that you may interact with at the front doors, in the elevator, or in the hallways. Hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.
