Check in took a bit of a long time but the staff was very helpful. Highlight of this hotel is definitely the water park. The water slides are so much fun for the kids and even though there is no lifeguard, the pool is relatively safe for 7 years old and above taken into account the depth of the pool. Remember to bring your floats if your kiddos cannot swim independently yet

The pool is not big and is mainly or kids playing rather than swimming. This is a good hotel for both business travelers and families.

The two waterslides were cool. Lots of parking available. Having to schedule pool time later in the day is a bit of a pain, but we ended up going when it wasn't busy, so that wasn't an issue for us. Buffet at on-site restaurant is not what I would go for if I stayed again. Staff were great, but the food was not. Overall a good hotel with a convenient location just off Deerfoot and really close to Deerfoot City (by car).

Waterpark was great for my family. I was not happy with the drunk fight in the hallway at 3 and 4 Am when I have little kids that are trying to sleep.

Excellent customer service. The king room did not have a sofa bed as expected. Front desk quickly switched our room without any hassle or extra charges. The pool was a huge hit with our 3 and 8 year old.

Sarsh and Sarah were very help during a stressful situation. WestJet canceled our flight and left us with no support or options. The hotel staff was very accommodating and supportive

I stayed here for work. The bed was very comfortable, the property was very clean and O appreciated the deep bathtub.
