Friendly staff, large hotel. Smoking near the main entrance was constant and not enjoyable - cigarette butts pressed into the luggage trolly.

The HVAC was non-functioning. Could not call front desk to tell them as the telephone was not working. It took 3 days for them to finally bring in a portable space heater t and blankets.

Hotel is old but clean. Temp control in room didn’t seem to work. Not all rooms have bathtubs. Double queen rooms are tight and limited seating options.
There are much better areas to stay in Calgary. Probably won’t stay here again unless attending with a large group as was the case this time.

Had an issue with the room the initially gave us vs. What i had booked on *******. They made the changes, and gave a free breakfast for all of us. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were very friendly and doing a great job

It takes a lot for me to give a high rating, but Delta earned it here. Every single staff member was friendly and engaging. The outside of the hotel is unassuming. If I wasn’t there for a team event, I probably would not have picked the hotel but I’m sure glad I did. The inside is modern and stylish. The amenities were great. The hotel restaurant is fantastic wide assortment on their menu.

Excellent breakfast, decent room. Check in poor - had to ask questions as to where gym was, timing of restaurant etc. Long walk from Atrium to main hotel.
