Good location on Macleod and Southland. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. The mattress in our son's room had some collapsed springs resulting in a big soft spot (a hole really) at hip level, and should have been replaced. Glad we didn't have our truck there; the parking spaces were tight for anything larger than our midsize suv. Overall the hotel was a very nice property with excellent staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Delta. We were in the atrium building, which was quiet. The Atrium building had its own pool and hot tub. Parking was great. The area around the hotel seemed busy but if you are staying so you can shop, there is a mall right across the street and lots of stores along MacLeod Trail. Easy to get to the hotel from Deerfoot Trile too!

This is a great hotel but with two separate accommodation areas. The "Tower" and the "Atrium". This makes it confusing as to know where to park, where to eat and where to check out as they both have the services attached. I joined the breakfast buffet in the atrium to find out it was actually a private function. There was no signage to suggest otherwise.
The front desk agent on the Tower side was exceptional when I checked in! She was friendly and courteous.....

Nice clean hotel. No in room dining without additional charge. Also in the atrium they didn’t have lobby coffee - I was told they did by staff, but there was none out.

We ended up switching rooms. Our room takes of urine and the shower was filthy, the AC didn’t work and the room was so stuffy and musty smelling, we went out to dinner and came back to find that the room was directly above the wedding venue and it sounded like a nightclub in the room. We switched rooms and it seemed to be cleaner but still sub par. No fitted sheets, no proper duvet cover and the nice pool closes so early that we didn’t get to use it so we had to go to the other pool and the hot tub is all yellow at the bottom. Just wasn’t what I expected based on the photos.

2 pools and 2 hot tubs and all are great. Beautiful atrium/spa area. Great on site restaurants. One of our favourite hotels to stay at in Calgary!
