"Durante minha estadia no Aero Hotel, tive uma experiência satisfatória no geral, mas com alguns pontos de atenção. O hotel dispõe de apenas nove vagas de estacionamento, o que pode ser um problema para quem chega mais tarde. Na sexta-feira, ao retornar de um evento por volta das 22h30, não encontrei mais vagas disponíveis.
A suíte em que me hospedei era confortável, proporcionando uma boa noite de descanso. O chuveiro possui uma vazão de água forte, o que é positivo, porém, devido a isso, a temperatura da água não se mantém tão quente quanto o ideal.
Um dos destaques da hospedagem foi o atendimento. Todos os colaboradores do hotel foram muito atenciosos e prestativos, tornando a experiência mais agradável."

"Las chicas son simpáticas y serviciales.
La pensión es muy básica, faltan detalles en general, como un buen espejo en el cuarto de baño y en la habitación. No hay una sola percha para colgar ropa, en la ducha no tienes donde poner el jabón y champú....
El desayuno es muy básico y repetitivo."

"O hotel é excelente, ótima localização apesar de distante de outros bairros como Barra ou Rio vermelho; as instalações são ótimas, quarto limpo e silencioso, o chuveiro é uma delícia, muita água e fácil de controlar a temperatura; café da manhã muito variado e bem organizado, o restaurante/bar dá vontade de ficar o dia inteiro curtindo, manobrista/estacionamento na porta (com custo extra). Voltaria com certeza."

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

LLorne M.Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer.
We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is a beautiful and grand hotel in Salvador. As well as having lovely spaces inside and out, the breakfast was also very good with plenty of variety to choose from. It is conveniently located very close to amenities such as parks and shops. It is also within easy walking distance of the historical centre of Salvador, Pelourinho (very impressive).
Above all though, it was the hotel's staff that made the biggest impression on me. From the staff working at reception, in the restaurant, on the door and cleaning staff - we found them all to be very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Rafael, who works on reception, particularly stood out in my mind. He was the person who initially welcomed us into the hotel and was extremely helpful all the way throughout our stay. He went out of his way to help us, nothing was too much bother and it was all still done with a smile!
I would highly recommend this hotel!

There is a pizza place in the same building which is super good, sometimes especially at the weekend when it is crowded there is a lot of noise in the building. The cleanness is very good. The kitchen is clean but can be improved because the are no shelves so everything is in the lower part and before kitchen there is tiolets for the restaurant which is better to make someshelves and bring the kitchen stuff from low level without any doors to higher part for cleaness. The view is perfect and its safe hostle.

JJONO5K1For the price paid, the value is exceptional. The location is safe, 5 metres from the beach (about as close as a hotel can get) and a few minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast as is always the case with Rede Andrade hotels is varied and sizable. This hotel branch is much nicer than two others I stayed at in Salvador with a comfortable lobby area and outside seating courtyard. Though my room was misrepresented as ”an apartment” when it is a normal room, I was fine with it given the low price paid. I had a sea view and the room contained the necessary features, i.e. fridge, TV, hot shower, ac, and towels/soaps. The WiFi was terrible though with no signal at all in the room. Aside from the latter, everything was great as were the staff. Would recommend 100%

* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern”
Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt.
W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

ZZed Traffer-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather)
-Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?)
-Room facilities functional but way below par.
-Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that.
-Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming.
-Pool was small and permanently overcrowded.
Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best.
