Muito bom hotel, limpo, moderno, boas piscinas, com vista da varanda muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom!

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

The place is great, the heart of the city. There is a pizza place in the same building which is super good, sometimes especially at the weekend when it is crowded there is a lot of noise in the building. The cleanness is very good. The kitchen is clean but can be improved because the are no shelves so everything is in the lower part and before kitchen there is tiolets for the restaurant which is better to make someshelves and bring the kitchen stuff from low level without any doors to higher part for cleaness. The view is perfect and its safe hostle.

This is a beautiful and grand hotel in Salvador. As well as having lovely spaces inside and out, the breakfast was also very good with plenty of variety to choose from. It is conveniently located very close to amenities such as parks and shops. It is also within easy walking distance of the historical centre of Salvador, Pelourinho (very impressive). Above all though, it was the hotel's staff that made the biggest impression on me. From the staff working at reception, in the restaurant, on the door and cleaning staff - we found them all to be very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Rafael, who works on reception, particularly stood out in my mind. He was the person who initially welcomed us into the hotel and was extremely helpful all the way throughout our stay. He went out of his way to help us, nothing was too much bother and it was all still done with a smile! I would highly recommend this hotel!

สําหรับราคาที่จ่ายไป คุ้มค่าเป็นพิเศษ ทําเลที่ตั้งปลอดภัย ห่างจากชายหาด 5 เมตร (ประมาณใกล้โรงแรม) และเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านอาหาร และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ เช่นเดียวกับโรงแรม Rede Andrade อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายและหลากหลาย สาขาของโรงแรมนี้ดีกว่าโรงแรมอื่น ๆ สองแห่งที่ฉันอาศัยอยู่ใน Salvador มีพื้นที่ล็อบบี้ที่สะดวกสบายและลานนั่งด้านนอก แม้ว่าห้องของฉันจะถูกแทนที่ด้วย มันเป็น อพาร์ทเมนต์ ผิด แต่เมื่อพิจารณาจากราคาต่ําที่จ่ายไปฉันก็สบายดี ฉันมีวิวทะเลและห้องพักมีคุณสมบัติที่จําเป็นเช่นตู้เย็นทีวีฝักบัวน้ําอุ่นเครื่องปรับอากาศและผ้าเช็ดตัว / สบู่ WiFi แย่มากแม้ว่าจะไม่มีสัญญาณในห้องเลย นอกจากหลังแล้ว ทุกอย่างก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นเดียวกับพนักงาน อยากจะแนะนํา 100%

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

A experiência foi muito boa desde a agilidade no check-in, as informações na recepção, o estacionamento, a limpeza no quarto (estava com apreensão sobre isso devido aos comentários, só fiquei um dia, mas o quarto estava limpo e as toalhas também, poucos pontos de ferrugem devido ao salitre), o café da manhã com pouca variedade, porém bem servido e gostoso (uma observação é a limpeza das xícaras e pratos, poderia ser melhor). Solicitei que ficassemos em um quarto com vista para o mar e fomos atendidas. O check-out foi rápido também e sem problemas. Hospedagem muito tranquila.

Localização ótima. Serviço OK. Mas o hotel é antigo. Não teve reforma faz tempo. Passei 4 noites, 4 dias a água quente não tava funcionando no chuveiro. Mofo na parede. Cama sem cria-mudo (super inconveniente não poder colocar o celular o copo de água ao lado da cama). Banheiro sem ganchos para pendurar toalhas. Só uma tomada ao lado da cama. Então, foi ok por conta da localização mas o hotel tem muito para melhorar
