Muito bom hotel, limpo, moderno, boas piscinas, com vista da varanda muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom!

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดเตียงสะดวกสบายผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัวคุณภาพดีเครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดีเงียบสงบอาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมกาแฟที่ยอดเยี่ยมและเครื่องดื่มที่ยอดเยี่ยมการเช็คอินรวดเร็วและเป็นมิตร ฉันหวังว่าเราจะพักที่ Novotel Salvador นานขึ้น เรามีริซอตโต้ซีฟู้ดที่ร้านอาหารและอาหารทะเลก็ใจกว้างมาก แต่ใช้เวลาประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมง ดังนั้นหากคุณวางแผนที่จะทานอาหารเย็นที่นี่โปรดนําหนังสือมาด้วย

การจองและเช็คอินราบรื่นมาก ราคาสูงขึ้นเล็กน้อย สุขาภิบาลค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ แผนกต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่ดี แต่โดยพื้นฐานแล้วไม่จําเป็นต้องสื่อสาร มันเป็นกระบวนการทั้งหมด ผ้าปูที่นอนในห้องเปลี่ยนใหม่ ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องสุขอนามัย และมีตู้เย็น อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าแบบยุโรป มีหมวดหมู่ค่อนข้างเยอะ ตรงตามข้อกําหนดอาหารเช้าทั่วไป มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ สําหรับการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ ฉันค่อนข้างผิดหวัง อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเหมือนโรงแรมทั่วไปในประเทศ wifi เป็นที่ที่อยากบ่นที่สุด การเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณไม่เสถียร การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ในประเทศช้ากว่า โดยทั่วไปแล้วอัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพไม่สูง ปลั๊กไฟทั้งหมดของโรงแรมใช้ 220V และ 110V เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าสามารถนําเครื่องปั่นไฟมาเองได้เท่านั้น ถ้าไปที่นั่นฉันแนะนําให้จองอพาร์ตเมนต์มากกว่า

The place is great, the heart of the city. There is a pizza place in the same building which is super good, sometimes especially at the weekend when it is crowded there is a lot of noise in the building. The cleanness is very good. The kitchen is clean but can be improved because the are no shelves so everything is in the lower part and before kitchen there is tiolets for the restaurant which is better to make someshelves and bring the kitchen stuff from low level without any doors to higher part for cleaness. The view is perfect and its safe hostle.

This is a beautiful and grand hotel in Salvador. As well as having lovely spaces inside and out, the breakfast was also very good with plenty of variety to choose from. It is conveniently located very close to amenities such as parks and shops. It is also within easy walking distance of the historical centre of Salvador, Pelourinho (very impressive). Above all though, it was the hotel's staff that made the biggest impression on me. From the staff working at reception, in the restaurant, on the door and cleaning staff - we found them all to be very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Rafael, who works on reception, particularly stood out in my mind. He was the person who initially welcomed us into the hotel and was extremely helpful all the way throughout our stay. He went out of his way to help us, nothing was too much bother and it was all still done with a smile! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

O hotel definitivamente precisa de uma boa reforma mas sei que já está planejada. Por enquanto os apartamentos não podem ser chamados ”de luxo” e os preços deveriam ser mais baixos. Móveis de baixa qualidade bastante estragados. Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e profissionais.

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather) -Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?) -Room facilities functional but way below par. -Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that. -Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming. -Pool was small and permanently overcrowded. Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best.
