"Hotel muito bem localizado, serviço de quarto impecável, recepcionistas super atenciosos, alertam dos perigos e são prestativos. Vista do café da manhã incrível e um pôr do sol maravilhoso no terraço"

"-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather) -Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?) -Room facilities functional but way below par. -Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that. -Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming. -Pool was small and permanently overcrowded. Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best."

"Limpeza, atendimento e café são bons. Mas a propaganda enganosa no anúncio referente a piscina me fez ter uma experiência não muito agradável. Essas fotos abaixo não pertencem a esse hotel. E a piscina que o mesmo possui (a pequena nas fotos do anúncio) abria somente a partir das 12h dia de segunda, o horário do checkout (que foi o feriado que reservei)."

"Great location to access attractions in the colorful and vibrant city. The hotel staff speaks English and were very helpful to support our travelling needs. Breakfast selection was very good too. The hotel was an old casa located right across a market square. Lots to explore and do close to the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Неплохой отель большая комната отдельно туалет и ванная в номере еще стол со стульями расположен близко к лачерда в 3 минутах пешком наверх но в номере невозможно спать комары и кондей работает плохо очень шумно и даже на макс темп очень влажно проснулась с насморком номер можно сказать в подвале отель на одну ночь не больше завтраков нет вайфай не работает от слова совсем На ресепшене очень услужливый мужчина старается помочь и все объяснить на англ не говорит пользуется переводчиком на ноуте"

"Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Hotel propre, personnel agréable. Bien situé proche au Salvador Shopping à pied. Les installations sont un peu vétustes, surtout dans la SDB et hall d’entrée de l’hôtel. Les fenêtres devraient être mieux insonorisés. La literie était très bien, les chambres sont grandes et propres. Pas de piscine. Possibilité de garder les valises dans une remise en attendant votre vol. Personnel à l’accueil gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, des fruits frais, pains, gâteaux, tout très varié, tapioca et omeletes préparés à la minute avec le sourire, tout p bien démarré une belle journée. Peut-être ajouter une machine à espresso. Merci bien"
