"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it is spacious, clean, quiet (at least at the floor we were; otherwise at another floor, it was much less quiet ... when passing by it, it was obvious - from the sound through the door - what was happening in one room) and easy to get to due to its close access to the tram (which can get us into the city).
The staff was dedicated (especially Carlos, really helpful, friendly, and attentive - we enjoyed discussing with him!)
Around the hotel you have different restaurants; their quality vary from very good (Taberna Londrina) to better-to-avoid (quite a bunch), there are also some supermarkets which need a bit of a walk before getting to them (15-20 min) but always great to know you have some not too far from the hotel.
Although people in Porto appreciate a lot gathering in the evening to discuss and drink, the neighbourhood is not too noisy during the middle of the night.
If we have another event happening in Porto, Eurostars - if they keep up with such good service - will definitely be the choice to live in again!"
"We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet."
