"The room was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated that everything was working perfectly, including the fan, water heater, and Wi-Fi. If the room still feels warm, the hotel even provides an extra fan free of charge, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers free parking and is conveniently located near Burnham Park, with a lovely view. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this place to others."

"Very affordable and clean transient in Baguio City! Super sulit ng stay namin dito. Maraming rooms at kumpleto ang amenities—from the living room, bedrooms, hanggang kitchen. Highly recommended lalo na para sa mga big families or groups na naghahanap ng affordable pero spacious na matutuluyan. Napakabait at accommodating din ng owner at housekeeper, kaya mas naging comfortable ang stay namin. May parking space rin para sa mga may private vehicles, which is very convenient. Accessible din ang location dahil karamihan ng tourist attractions ay nasa 10-15 minutes drive lang. Overall, sobrang satisfied kami sa stay namin. Clean, budget-friendly, and worth it. "I stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio. The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start. When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay. In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price. The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations."

"Location is close to SM Baguio, Session Road and Victory Liner which is what we needed for this trip. The host is very accommodating, flexible and responsive - perfect for us who made an out of the whim decision to travel. The unit is clean and neat."

"A lovely quaint hotel with a distinct vibe. Perfect location, next to the bus station and walking distance to the city center. Stable fast WiFi, hot shower with good pressure, good quality breakfast (the choice is somewhat limited but the quality is excellent, even by European standards). The only downside for me was the whistle blown at the bus station throughout the night. I am normally a deep sleeper but it woke me up, at some point some children crying across the hall added to the noise. I guess the reason is that the building is rather old and the windows are old-fashioned, so better bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. The service was nice, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later as well (both around 12:30nn). Overall, I really liked my stay!"

"We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary."
